Very conveniently located in Miami Lakes with places to shop and eat. Very walkable. The room was clean and comfortable however, the bathroom has to be updated . They are and very antiquated.

During our stay, we faced several issues that significantly impacted our experience. Despite booking a pool-view room as early as June, we were assigned a room with a wall view. This oversight was frustrating, given the planning effort invested. Cleanliness was another major concern. The bathroom had visible mildew, hair on the walls, and an unpleasant odor. Floors throughout the room were unswept and unmopped, creating discomfort, especially for our children. The overall lack of cleanliness left us uneasy. Sleeping arrangements were equally disappointing. The bed had a sagging, aged mattress, making it impossible to rest well. Worn bedding added to the discomfort. The room itself was outdated and poorly maintained, with unkempt furniture, peeling paint, and dusty surfaces. Dim lighting and a noisy, inefficient air conditioning unit further contributed to an unwelcoming ambiance. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a slow-draining sink, mildew, and a swollen door shedding splinters. Dust and grime on fixtures and corners indicated a lack of proper cleaning before our arrival. Despite these challenges, the hotel restaurant staff provided exceptional service. Their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness stood out, offering a bright spot in our stay. While the accommodations fell short, the restaurant team demonstrated the high level of service we had hoped to experience throughout.
