The efficiency apartment had just about everything you would need. (The only thing not provcided was a coffee pot, instant.coffee was provided) The property was well maintained and the interior was nicely layed out and decorated nicely. Jennifer was very helpful and arttentive to all of our questons.

Important disclosure missing from description!!!
The door pictured "behind" the fridge opens into the unit from the house. You will not have any control over if/when this door is opened! There is plenty of room to open the door and walk around the fridge into this unit completely undetected. I could clearly hear multiple voices and movement on the other side of this door. As a mother traveling with her child, this was a large safety concern for me. Someone could have entered while we were sleeping or while we were out of the property to go through our things. The pull out couch is not properly cleaned! When opening the bed to put my son to sleep, I uncovered dirty underwear tucked around the handle of the bed. When I called the host about this, she admitted to not opening or cleaning the bed since the last guests attended! She also suggested spraying the dirty underwear with Lysol to "fix" the problem. Due to safety and cleanliness concerns we vacated the property within 8 hours of arriving, never staying a single night of our week long booking. Evolve is impossible to work with. I only received generic templated responses to all of my concerns, with no one actually addressing what we experienced. I had to fight to get a dime of my money back and I am still fighting for the remainder. No one in the Evolve team showed any regard for mine or my child's safety. I do not recommend this property or any property Evolve manages.

Comfortable and convenient
We stayed here to be able to get to the Miami Open easily and found it perfect for our needs. The room is a converted garage with everything needed for a comfortable stay - good bed plus a sofa bed, a large TV, microwave, fridge, sink, dishes, WiFi, etc. Jennifer kindly provided bottles of water, coffee, tea, sweetener and creamer, and we bought some food from a the nearby convenience store so we were set for breakfast. The yard and little patio were nice to sit out in. Uber/Lyft were able to find us easily. We also walked back the 2 miles from Hard Rock stadium after matches, which was super convenient. We recommend Jennifer’s place highly!

Great Place to Lay My Head
I was in Miami for the 2024 Miami Open Tennis Tournament. I stayed at this studio since it is so close to the stadium. Other than a minor mishap with a circuit breaker (Jennifer took care of me really quickly) it was a wonderful and comfortable stay.
