it was the most terrible experience ever the towels were dirty. It was no AC transferred me to another room with AC, but the towels were still dirty. I was no hands so nobody wash no shampoo. The floor was very dirty

I reserved this room for my son & his fiancé for our Christmas together. If I would have known the condition of their room, I would have handled right away. They were grateful that I had paid for it, so they didn’t tell me until last night of their stay. Their room was disgusting. The smell of urine permeated the air. Carpet damp and moldy smelling. Carpet coming up, toilet paper holder falling off the wall, smoke detector hanging off. And if that wasn’t bad enough, the included breakfast!?! There wasn’t anything Saturday morning. They told me people were just walking out. Sunday there was 2 boiled eggs snd bagels. I am beyond upset with what I had to pay and the experience they had. I expect some type of response. If not, I will be contacting Corporate and lodging a complaint.

The room had good AC but the cleanliness was very questionable. Our sheets were dirty, the bed did not appear to be a king as stated in the description. The sofa bed was a very thin mattress that was too small for the sofa itself. The staff seemed bothered when we asked for help. Room service has to be requested a day in advance. Would definitely not recommend.

Just a dirty hotel, mold in the rooms, staff very poor at customer service.. the beds are terrible. Sinks in the mattress. Sheets and linen are old and stained. Pillows are just terrible.. I'm sorry I had to endure it for a entire week because of the location to my business arrangements... would not recommend

I thought the staff was good and I liked the hotel. However, there was a couple of things to mention. On one night a guest above me did Not throw out the garbage after eating in their room and or maybe their dog had an accident and they didn't clean it up and it left such a strong smell that I couldn't sleep all night. there should be rules that guests eating in their room should throw out the garbage. And that people with pets need to clean up after them immediately if they have an accident. Also, the toilets would be better if they were elongated , round ones are too small.

The hotel’s ambiance was unpleasant, reminiscent of a damp basement. The photographs displayed on the Expedia rental page were inaccurate. The pool was out of service, and the hotel room keys registered incorrectly, necessitating frequent visits to the front desk. The hotel room itself was unsatisfactory, emitting an unpleasant odor. The bathroom was plagued by leaks, and the overall experience was far from satisfactory, deviating significantly from the positive reviews and images provided by Expedia.

I stayed at this property for a couple of nights and the service was excellent. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, nice and easy check in and check out. Highly recommended for a short stay.
