Nice property and location
Nice property and location. Originally, suppose to have ocean front then we got a eamil that property had bed bugs. They switched us to apartment of side of building. It was still nice but not what we signed up for in ad. We had issues with shower broken and we could not turn off water. Pipe broke on our floor down hall and flooded apartment in that direction. Maintenance was not the greatest on building. Elevators took for ever to get down. Seems like it was really nice about 10-15 year prior but still nice.

Beautiful Room, but poor resort amenities service.
The room and location were amazing, just like the pictures online. Valet service was exceptional—my car was ready quickly and the process was very simple. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, there were a few disappointing aspects that I hope they improve in the future. For instance, at the beach resort, umbrellas were picked up by 4pm, and by 5pm, all beach chairs and towels were removed. It would have been better if they left the towels at least. There are two beautiful pools—one large and one small—but the large pool closed at 7pm, which seemed early, and the small pool closed at 8pm. Additionally, the restaurant and bar closed early as well.

Don't do business with the property manager
Property didn’t have reservation. Deficiencies in unit were numerous and unacceptable. Dog blanket on sofa covering numerous stains, toilets don’t work, freezer broken, kitchen not equipped, kitchen and bathroom cabinetry damaged, gouges out of floors, not enough channel changers to access streaming service in 2nd bedroom, lightbulbs and batteries. Both units were being locked by front desk until deficiencies are addressed. I am not a dog and don’t need accommodation like a dog.

Great location Great view Great hotel Only downside was the door handled were falling off, no privacy doors do not lock and the bathroom course use some upgrading. I’ll definitely book again, maybe a different unit

Hyde
Stay at the Hyde was very pleasurable. The room was fantastic as always elevators a little slow, but you learn to deal with it. The weather was great so we got to take advantage of the pool and beach all in all it was a very relaxing vacation
