They should have let guests use the Lowe’s pool while theirs was being renovated. We were able to use the Lowe’s hotel beach access

Check in was a breeze and they were able to answer any questions I had. The hotel restaurant was doing renovations, but was told there was breakfast being served on the 2nd floor if I wanted to go there. I did go to the beach and showed my key card to have access to the chairs and towels that were there. Uber was fast weather ordering something to eat or showing up to give me a ride. There is plenty of restaurants and Lincoln Mall was just a short walk away. Overall great experience and the staff was wonderful.

Under major construction - most amenities closed.
Hotel was completely under construction but for inside our room. Pool closed. Elevator not working. No cafe or breakfast. Honestly, just close down and finish the work before allowing guests in. Room itself was very nice but we paid for many amenities we didn’t actually have access to with the construction.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, I’m not kidding
Upon arrival I was told that the pool and restaurant were not available due to construction. My room was fine until day two when the toilet stopped working properly. I could not flush it for the last two days of the trip. My last 24 hours in the room was without a television because that stopped working as well. When I asked the front desk for help I was told a technician would be there the next day. Unfortunately I also stayed at the Hyatt Centric in Times Square NYC last year and had an almost identical experience. I will never stay here again and will make sure to let everyone know about the subpar service and hotel.
