Perfect property for the view and access to the beach. The broadwalk is kinda far away so used the e curcuit app for a quick ride and it was great. Absolutely wonderful place to stay!

Really enjoyed this beachfront property. The cafe /store on the property was convenient. Only downside was the heat in the pool not working. Didnt find out we could use the other pool til the last day we were there.

Great location.
The condo was comfortable and well equipped, we cooked a lot of our meals and had everything we needed. The view is amazing and access to the beach and pool was easy. Only con was charge for the fob that gets you into the building and beach etc. I feel it should be included; or at least, the $30 charge should include 2 fobs.

Everything was great and as described. Hosts are wonderful and responsive. Nothing related to the hosts, but the valet parking person that is a step in the process of getting in should not be in a customer position since he is not helpful. If we wouldn’t have run into him the whole experience would be perfect plus!

Good and convenient place
Overall the stay was good- unit was as shown. Check-in process was confusing. $75 to park which was on the listing, $30 for a key fob, and $20 refundable for a parking tag. Location was good- convenient pool and beach access.

Great girls trip!
Overall we had a great stay! Our only complaints: the master bath toilet was leaky and a couple beach chairs were broken which we unfortunately didn’t notice until we already had them down at the beach. The owner assured me this was already taken care of for the next guests. I think it’s good for people to know you need a key fob for every 2 people, as we had to get 2 ($60, since there were 3 of us). We loved the view and the beds were very comfy. They also provided good quality beach towels. We enjoyed the place and would consider staying there again. Also have to recommend the pizza across the street 🙂

I Can say that the people helping with the check in were very kind however management is terrible , never have I ever experience a check in like this , you have to show up with the caretaker , pay 100 for 2 night parking pay $60 for a fob to be able to get into the building , wait to get wrist bands too and on top of that the condo was outdated and moldy , as soon as we open the door we could tell right away that it’s mold . The only good thing was the view Definitely not staying here again

Family vacation
The view was spectacular. We felt safe. Close to restaurants and fun things to do. Beach and ocean was great. Pool was very good also. Cafe was a great option and very good. Condo had everything we needed. The laundry on each floor was nice. Oscar who helped us check in was great. The condo was a little worn down and could use some updating. The mattress in the master bedroom had a lot of stains which we noticed when we stripped the beds. Overall we were satisfied and would go again.

Best views and clean!
The view is the best around. Being on the 10th floor made the ocean view glorious. Balcony was the best spot for morning coffee and night time wine. Spacious and clean 2 bedroom condo. Bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms were all really tidy and clean. Caretaker made it easy for the registration to receive the key fob and pool wristband for $30. We did not have a car - so we didn't need any of the extra costs for parking. Hallendale Beach area is close by and have fabulous restaurants. The Hollywood Broadwalk was really fun with the stores and food. Definitely going to book for next year's girls trip.

Paid for view-space needs love!
We realized soon upon arrival that we paid for the view not the space! Needs updated and many repairs needed-bathroom faucet broken, bathtub faucet broken, patio door wouldn’t close, keypad lock on door needed repair. Generally, the space is outdated! Over priced-pay for the view elsewhere. Heads up-if you rent this space, bring towels, wash clothes, etc. We had 4 adults and were provided 3 towels and 2 wash clothes. Also washer and dryer are NOT located in unit and there is a charge.
