WELCOME ESSENTIALS FEE

To ensure an enhanced guest experience, a mandatory 'Welcome Essentials Fee' of $49 plus tax per booking per unit (one-time) is collected upon check-in. This fee, payable directly to an IMD Miami team member, is mandatory and can only be paid via credit or debit card. All included amenities, such as water, coffee, and toiletries, are provided once per stay.

***Visitor parking will be received at the On-Street Ramp on NE 34th Street. Visitor parking will be charged as follows and can be paid by credit card only:
0-30 Minutes: $5.00
31 Minutes to 1 Hour: $8.00
1 Hour to 2 Hours: $16.00
2 Hours to 24 Hours: $24.00
