The room and overall hotel was beautiful. The only downside was the continental breakfast. The hot food was not always hot or warm. Had to reheat the waffles and french toast in the toaster each day.

Rosario ( I believe that’s her name) front desk. Made the difference on this trip! She was kind , nice accommodating. 10/10 she was amazing!!!!!!!!!! The breakfast though could be a bit better. Also , I think it should be extended till 11am. We barely had anything even though it was included and just went to Pura Vida each morning and ate there.

Beds were too soft. My wife and didnt sleep well and our back and legs were in pain. I complained to the front desk manager. He was aware of this issue with other guests complaining as well.

Clean & comfortable hotel. Room was very spacious with a large balcony. Would stay again if not for the parking fees and hotel daily fee. The price paid for the hotel originally was reasonable all the extra fees added another $300 to the bill which seemed excessive.
