Elegantly furnished with 550 square feet, with a king bed, convenient sitting area with desk and double sofa bed. 45 inch high definition TV, iHome radio and Kitchenette with mini refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, sink and microwave. Marble and Granite bathroom with oversized jet whirlpool tub and separate glass enclosed shower and TV in bathroom.

110 square foot balcony overlooking Fontainebleau main pools and ocean. No Smoking. Glass-enclosed state of the art gym, 40,000 square foot two-level Lapis Spa with world famous treatments. On-site several beautiful restaurants: Steakhouse, 24 hour high end dining, poolside cafe, coffee shop, live nightclub, Blade Sushi Bar and Ultra-Lounge. Multiple pools, beach with chairs and umbrella, designer clothing boutique, spa shop, smoke shop and pool shop.

In general I have a 4 night minimum but will accept requests of less than four nights if I only have those dates available. Therefore if you need less than 4 nights please send me the request and I will see if I can accommodate the request.

This was a great apartment with a toaster, microwave and coffee machine. Perfect views of the pool and beach. Close citibike rental locations for a quick ride to south beach and Lincoln road. We will definitely stay again.

I've stayed at the Fontainebleau before and decided to try staying there through Vrbo for a change. The host was extremely responsive when asked a question (which some of mine were somewhat unrelated). The room was beautiful and the view was even better. I give this easily a 10/10 and I will be back again, soon!

Great Place to Stay at Fontainbleau!! Highly Reccomend
My wife and I came down for a long weekend for a "babymoon". We had never been to Miami and didn't know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by the resort and cleanliness of our rental. This unit is on the "Residence" side of the resort but everything feels as if you are staying in the hotel. You able to charge whatever you want to the room. The restaurants were exceptional and loved the convenience of the pool bar service. We'll definitely be coming back!

Great unit owner/ hotel left a little to be desired.
Chris was perfect. Everything as advertised. However, Fountainbleau had issues. I’m chalking it up to a strained labor market. This property is gorgeous and the surrounding area offers an unlimited amount of family activities. Would definitely go again!

We enjoyed staying at these private condos within the Fontainebleau Hotel. The host was very responsive but would have been beneficial to get more check in instructions as we felt lost when we arrived. It would be also good to know the walkable dining options close to the hotel as the meals there were very expensive. The perks of the valet parking (otherwise $58/day) and the daily spa passes were definitely a plus. The unit, service and views were amazing and will definitely come back. Overall, the location and amenities were great and we really enjoyed out stay. Do double check your bill when you check out to make sure you get the credit that's offered to you when you book the room.

The room was spacious. I did have to take a little extra time wiping things down. My suggestion is that the furniture in the room gets updated. The living room furniture is very dated and a simple upgrade could spruce things up. There is a refrigerator in the room that can’t be used and not plugged up, not sure why. And there’s a big chest of drawers type I’d thing, that’s also a waste of space. It’s Miami outside but very dated and not happy inside.

Simply AMAZING!
Beautiful property! This is a very large property; 9 restaurants and i counted at least 7 pools. The entire place is pristine. Our unit was beautiful and just what we needed. The staff were many, constantly tidying and asking if there was anything that we needed. Each one was friendly, all interactions perfect from the lobby to the beach. This was our first time in Miami and a super last minute trip. The host was able to accommodate us and was very responsive. Christopher included 2 spa passes that we didn’t get a chance to use. If planning to visit the spa, book as soon as you arrive it gets booked up pretty quick. Parking was also included and we didn't have a resort fee. All of this added to the pleasure of our stay. Quiet enough at night to rest and lively enough at various places on the resort for a bit if night life. The unit was in the Sorrento tower. Well lit hallways, 5th floor rooftop pool. Everything you need was provided. I couldn’t get the coffee maker to work but refused to bother the owner because all else was PERFECT! My only regret is that we didn’t book more days but we most certainly will be back. We decided that we will check here first when planning future trips. Thanks so much Christopher!!

Nice place but filthy and no one cares
We checked in and were really excited. The front desk and the valet are incredibly hospitable. When we got to the room initially we were impressed but that soon turned to being creeped out. The sofa had cushions that felt logged with dirt. You could feel your hands getting dirty touching them. There was remnants of snacks between the seams of the chairs, and the cabinet where extra cleans sheets should be had a set of dirty ruffled linens. My wife was disgusted when she stepped in the shower and there was hair on the floor and the walls. Curiously there was a small fridge but there was a huge note that said don’t use it. We’re not picky people, so we called the front desk to ask for someone to clean the shower. Then called and called again. We were promised clean sheets three times. No one came. I personally cleaned the shower with the shampoo so I asked them for more three times. No one ever came. Then when I called to ask why they’re not coming they put me on permanent hold. Absolutely disastrous. Anytime you approach the folks at the check in desk, they would recoil and say ‘ohhhh we can’t do anything. You have to complain to the landlord’ I’m not sure we’d stay with this place again. In my humble opinion it’s best to stay at the Fontainebleau hotel if you have to stay on this property. At least you’ll get some level of service?

Highly recommend staying here. Pool area is great. And It’s right on the best. Overall the spa could use some updates. The room is nice but if I had to nitpick I would say the hotel overall is a bit outdated, except for the main lobby area. It was great having spa and parking passes included it the total price.
