We’re located in the heart of Downtown Doral with outside amenities such as DTW Doral park (urban green space with a kids playground).
• PUBLIC TRANSIT: There is frequent public transit (bus stop in the corner of the building) connecting to almost anywhere in Miami. Miami Mover (train) to MIA
Downtown Doral offers walkability and safety at any hour of the day.
Other Things to Note:
- As with any regular Airbnb stay, daily housekeeping is not included but we’re happy to provide that service at an extra cost if needed.
House Rules:
- Smoking fee of $250.00.
- Late checkout fee of $50.00 if the guest is not out by 11:30 AM. Past 12:15 PM full nights price.
- If you get locked out of the property, there is a $100 locksmith fee after 6PM.
- The guest is responsible for adhering to the building’s quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am on weekdays and from 10pm -10 am on weekends.
-If you make the reservation from another application outside of Airbnb there is a security deposit that may range from $300- 2,000 & you need to sign a rental agreement, and credit card authorization form.
The Climate & Bugs
Miami has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such a diverse ecosystem, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. All of our properties are inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month to ensure a pest-free stay.

Guests can always reach us via call/text/Airbnb between the hours of 9:00 am - 9:00 pm. Guests will receive the stayplus contact number upon check in time.
