False Advertisement
Arrive a few minutes early since we traveled such a far distance. Received check in email 2 days before arrival which did not include any check in instructions. Upon arrival cleaning crew was still on site. After aski. What the check in instructions would be, all were told was someone would call with instructions or be sending to us. Feeling unsure about this method of communication we checked our booking unable to find any hostess information. We contact Vrbo with our intial problem and they provided us with the histess contact which was not correct. After meeting with a employee at the property they provided us with the correct contact and even then we had to call various times, leave voicemails, and text messages. The property manager arrived 2 minutes before check in and let us into the property but did not leave us an access code to return the keys or wifi information. After the property manager left we assessed the area and found that the cleaning crew did not mop any floors and various surfaces, clean toilets, batteries were dead in all remotes and AC thermostat, and the patio balcony was soiles with cigarette butts and trash from neighboring apartments. We had to buy all our own cleaning supplies to reclean the entire property. In the shower we found that the shower knob was completely broken off and were unable to turn the shower on at all. We had buy a wrench to run water in the shower. We submitted our findings to the manager with no resolution.

Its a beater
My mistake not reading the other reviews before showing up. Howd it go? Keys werent in lockbox so we sat on the curb at 1am. Bugs in kitchen. Place looks nothing like pictures, super beat up. Only stay here if you're going to party like animals - not if you want a nice accomodation. Has not addressed any of the complaints but happily takes your money

Computer generated features? Do not book!
Not happy with the listing and walking into a dirty, nasty, place with our 1.5 year old. The furniture looks nothing like what was listed and the deck is shared with multiple tenants. Just book at the Hilton, it’s virtually the same cost but you also get parking!

Very walkable neighborhood
We really enjoyed the area and how we were able to walk around to many different places. Unfortunately the apartment smelled (maybe mold or mildew), we had to buy towels, and the sheets on the bed were stained. The check in process and out process was simple and the people we spoke with were nice but the space just needs better maintenance and the amenities that are actually listed

Horrible
The first problem was the keys. Nothing in the lock box had to message back and forth before acutely getting a call back. Then the apartment was dirty and smelled bad. As we went through the apartment we noticed the amenities they listed were not there. We had to go buy towels, toilet paper,washcloths,paper towels,shampoo and a few other things they listed as being there that were not. Message them again and for the rest of our stay they never replied back. Horrible experience. Don’t ever do business with these people!!
