Amazing getaway!
The view from the balcony is spectacular. The place was spacious and beautiful. Just as the pictures show. Kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, cups, plates, cooking utensils etc. Will definitely be back!!

Great beach access and spacious rooms with amazing views. On site management was a little bumpy (concierge, elevator service) but this was during Covid-19 so understandable.

Fantastic Location
Great communication, easy checkin, everything went very smooth. Fantastic location, easy to the beach or pool. Had meetings nearby, and the rest of the group could keep busy. Yes valet and resort fee is extra upon arrival, which is cleary stated up front. Used to live in the area years ago, its a great spot between FLL and MIA.

A Great Place To Stay!
We had a great stay here. The view was amazing and the condo was very nice and clean. The property manager was one of the most attentive we have ever had. She made everything perfect and went out of her way. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The amenities and everything in the building were also great. Very nice resort with great service and hospitality from everyone on site.

Perfect Getaway!!
4 of us (60+) needed a week getaway and we found the perfect location!! Excellent view of the ocean. Very quiet and relaxing and ALL the staff we interacted with were courteous and responsive. We flew into Ft. Lauderdale which was only a few miles away and much more convenient than Miami airport. A very short drive to grocery stores and great outdoor restaurants. You cannot go wrong renting this VRBO!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Our unit and the entire building were fresh and well-maintained. Employees of the condominium were kind, considerate, and helpful. The pool was beautiful. On-site dining was great. We had great massages on the 9th floor. We especially appreciated the assistance of our booking agent Laure.

Room was exactly as listed, beautiful views, overall a great experience.
Laure was helpful and great to work with, especially with info leading up to the trip. Building & facilities were fantastic. Only had two small complaints, could here some pipes knocking throughout the night & the toilets were not great, had to plunge them alot. Other than that were extremely happy with the room, building, amenities and Laure! We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic views and A plus apartment manager
Laure, the apartment manager went above and beyond to take care of us and the apartment during our stay. She was quick to respond to any issues, and was able to accommodate us when our flight was cancelled due to a snow storm and moved us to a similar unit. Highly recommend listing your apartment with her or renting from her.

Beautiful View and Great Location
Our stay was very pleasant. Laurie and her assistant Diana are great with communicating on any situation needed. The condo is clean as pictured, there is washer/dryer inside the unit, the location of the condo on the 16th floor is privately secluded, the building is secure, everyone was nice, you have all the stores near you even a little walking distance if you do not have a vehicle and the views are beautiful. I definitely recommend.

Best beach vacation ever
Spacious and well- appointed. Could listen to the waves at night without having to listen to partiers down below, too. Least sea life in the water swimming around my legs (I'm a 64 yo woman), no bugs at all, hardly and seagulls and fewest steps from property to water's edge. Just me and the waves, which is what I was after. We stayed the beginning of November and it was in the mid-80's with excellent water temperature. So, excellent accommodations by the most pleasant beach I've ever been at.

Excellent! Laure was great!
First of all, I have stayed at the Hyde before! It is right in the middle of Ft Lauderdale and Miami! The view is spectacular! Great beach right outside your door! The resort is clean, friendly, and perfect for a quite place to come home to after a day of running around. The pool is awesome as well. Food at the restaurants is excellent, although a little pricey. Laure, the apartment manager was great to work with. She really took care of us and responded immediately when we had questions. I hope to utilize her services in the future! Here's a hug from Iowa, Laure! ((HUGS))

Memorial Day weekend
Enjoyed everything about this residence! Condo was exactly as described. Very clean. The modern decor is perfect for the beach. Had everything we needed for the kitchen area. The wrap around balcony with beautiful views is the highlight of this condo. Owner communication was excellent as well. All fees were communicated upfront, no surprises. Valet service was exceptional. The beach chairs and towels provided with the room is the perfect added extra. We did use the ones provided in the condo as well, thank you. The only suggestion would be more towels and toiletries provided for bathrooms. Overall, was exceptional.

Perfection!!! The view will take your breath away
In the words of my nine year old “This place is Awesome!!!!” We checked in and everything went smooth as glass. The first thing you notice walking in is the view the wrap around windows give you a truly breath taking view. We spent many hours on the balcony watching the waves roll in The property offers everything you could want. The heated pool felt great on the cool days and the hot tub melted all the world away. The beach service took care of us and made sure our time on the beach was spectacular. Both bedrooms where very comfortable but the master bedroom was the highlight of the condo waking up to the gorgeous view set the tone for the day. We can’t wait to return!!!!

If you want the truth, only read the one star reviews. This place is dirty, very poorly maintained and smells. We had to go buy our own towels and bedsheets. Further, the description is false. Living space is almost half the size of what is advertised. Don't get fooled by the pictures.

Fun girls weekend
Great stay at this condo! The unit was clean, well-appointed. The location is nice and oceanfront. The beach is narrow and crowded with beach chairs. The pool area is very nice and resort-like. Pool bar and food service is excellent! The elevator can take a while as previously mentioned. It would have been helpful to have check-out instructions or helpful tips for our stay, such as where the trash chute is, what the different bins in the island are for, etc. Laure was very easy to work with! She came on the day we checked in just to check and make sure we got in ok and to make sure we had everything. I had a couple of questions that she promptly answered for me too.

Amazing property, view, beach, and pool, but waited ONE HOUR for an elevator on checkout day!!!
Great communication with property manager. Condo was clean and as advertised. View, beach, and pool were amazing. Only thing preventing a five star was the elevators. Very slow for the entire stay, and a disaster on checkout day. We took the stairs for our 15th floor unit during most of the trip but checking out with four large suitcases we had no choice but to wait for the elevator. OVER ONE HOUR before we could finally squeeze into one. Only five total elevators for a high rise, they need more elevators!

Scammed with this stay
I am reaching out to you in order to request a solution to the problem that affects your platform and reputation and has impacted my desired vacation! - The host uploaded photos on VRBO that did not match what was delivered - Pictures of an oceanfront apartment with unobstructed views from a high floor (approximately 15th), but she provided an apartment on the 4th floor that had a building in front, obstructing the ocean view!! In short, this is a scam happening on your platform! Upon entering the apartment, we verified that the photos of it on VRBO did not match those of the apartment we were given. We notified the host (Lauren Laderman) about this, and after several interactions, she sent us this message: " I also understand that this is not an ideal situation, and therefore I am willing to issue a refund of $200 and as you requested, a 4 pm late checkout, which normally has a cost of $100. It would be the best that I can do, hoping that helps. We are here to make sure our guests have the best possible experience, and would not want this to affect your stay negatively. Please let me know if you agree with this offer, Wishing you all the best, and a great rest of your stay:)) Kind Regards, Laure" On Sunday, July 2nd, the day of our check-out, in the morning, she notified us that we had to leave at 11 am because they had other guests!!
