I checked in on line. I called and said that I was going to be attending a wedding at the same time as check in. I used my new Debit card to check in on line they said, the card was not going through and I should reply by 6pm I did not see the email until it was time to go to the hotel even though I stated the time for check in would be 11pm. They double booked and cancelled my appointment. If I didn't live 2hrs away. I would have to sleep in my car. Horrible and I was embarrassed with the news among my friends.
