They still for me one night I make a reservation from the 12th until the 15th and they’re saying that I made it from the 11 I got to Expedia Expedia fix it but they didn’t want to give me the money back and I think you Expedia responsible for that tiffs.. I will never go back to diesel hotel in my life and it’s expensive. I’m not gonna give me the money. I’m not gonna work with you no more in my life.

I was on the road on 1 o’clock at night. I needed the room. I paid through Expedia at 1 AM when I get to the front desk they told me I cannot get the room till 3 PM. This is ridiculous awful place to go.

We choose the hotel because onthe booking page it was said that the hotel have a restaurant, but it’s not really a restaurant, it’s kind Caffé, they have sandwiches and breakfast, not entrees. This was kind a problem because we were there during the hurricane Milton and we thought that would be better if the hotel had a real restaurant in case of flooding or heavy rains due to hurricane. Luckily we were not in the hurricane cone, so there was no flooding or strong winds or rain storms and we are able to go to a restaurant. But I think it would be more informative if it was clear the restaurant is not a real restaurant, but much more a caffe. Other than that the hotel is really good.

My stay here was made comfortable by the amazing staff. The front desk was very hospitable and generous to my family. They had booked us all rooms near to each other despite separate reservations. The restaurant service was also very convenient and had the added bonus of starbucks coffee available. I would definitely recommend this stay for business or short term stays. I'm not the biggest fan of the miami area as its not walkable and has limited public transportation, but this location was central to the purpose of my stay. I was able to uber at a reasonable cost to malls, various stores, Miami and Fort Lauderdale areas
