The only downfall is the shuttle to the airport, it only runs every hour on the hour. Makes multiple stops as well. The gentleman was not very friendly as well. The front desk was amazing and very helpful. Surround area is a little sketchy, was walking to the gas and was stopped and told that there was a guy acting crazy and to just be careful.

Alexis C., the lady who checked us in and who was the only person behind the counter was fantastic and cheerful. There must have been thirty to forty people in the lobby and entrance either checking in or out, waiting for or getting off a shuttle. She handled them all efficiently until there was just my wife and i left! She did a great job...and was back at the counter this morning...smiling

The property is close to the airport, but it does not have an airport shuttle after 11:30 PM ( Their website lists a 24 hr shuttle). The free shuttle to the port is impossible to schedule earlier times, if you arrive late afternoon or later. Breakfast area is way too small and congested.

I had a pool view, ground floor. I had to put white noise on to block out yelling and screaming with the pool and then later when I was trying to sleep. The whole room smelled musty. Shuttle to cruise was great but they try and sell you aggressively on passes to return. Will NOT stay again.

I want to start off with the positive, the staff was wonderful!!! Cleanliness however, could be a negative if that was available! Our sink stopper didn't work & permanently was pushed down. There was hair in the sink, shampoo in the shower, trash in the drawers, and advils under the bed. The entire hotel was SO small!

The shuttle driver was not accommodating at all. I was at the designated door at 6:15 pm with 3 suit cases and 2 small children waiting for the 7pm shuttle which was promised. The driver came and stopped away from the designated stop. He never acknowledged us while I was trying to get my 2 small kids and the bag to get to him he drove off. I called the hotel immediately to tell him that we are trying to get him…the staff said driver said I will have to wait for the next shuttle at 8pm and that he is not coming back. This is super frustrating after traveling all day and doing everything that was asked of me. I had to call an Uber at that point and paid out of pocket. I complained at the desk when I arrived to which I was blown off like my concerns didn’t matter and there was no follow up from management. I will not be recommending or will be going to this hotel. Poor customer service.

Our time here was really good. Didnt stay at the property for extensive periods since we were out most of the day into the night. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning done right. Front Desk and Security staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Kitchen staff, not so friendly but also not rude. The free breakfast is ok for a quick bite but maybe a little variety could be added for those of us that dont eat pork. The coffee was pretty good but you have to get down early otherwise it finishes quickly. If you're looking for somewhere thats close to the aiport, quiet and convenient, then definitely give them a try.
