Only booked this hotel because they had a shuttle to the cruise port advertised. But they don’t tell you is that the shuttle is a little van and unless if you check into your room early, you have no chance of getting on it because it is full after a couple of families sign up for it. We wound up having to spend $60 for an Uber. I could have stayed at a nicer and less expensive hotel without a shuttle and spent less. If you are going for the shuttle, don’t bother. Also, the shuttle from the airport was a tiny van as well. There were three people sitting on the step that got you into the van because there were no seats, which is super unsafe and probably very uncomfortable. If they are going to advertise shuttles, they need to get buses in the room, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in in any hotel. It was sunken on one side and you could feel the springs or boards when laying on it. Barely slept. Hair still in the bathroom and shower from the last people, outlet next to the bed didn’t work so One entire side of the room was dark because we could not plug a lamp in over there. The entire experience was awful.

We were in town for a cruise and we're several hours early for our check-in. I asked the lady at the front desk if we could check in early or if they could hold our bags til check in and she immediately found us a room. They were super sweet and accommodating

I paid for the supreme suite with a balcony. We do not have a balcony and this room does not look like the pictures of the supreme suite so I believe I did not get the supreme suite. There was also pictures of a full bar and the bar is empty communications for the shuttle are slim.

We stayed 2 nights. Before and after our cruise. The first night the carpet was extremely wet. My socks were soaked! One lamp by the bed wouldn’t come on and the cabin lights over the sofa flickered all night. One the stay after our cruise, the lamp by the bed again did not work. The sun ports on the desk did not work. E washed our feet twice before putting our shoes on because they were so black. The carpet definitely needs shampooed! Our room 104 was next to the outside pool and the children were very loud and stayed in until will after 11pm. We had an early flight and had to be up at 4:30. I did appreciate the free shuttle to the cruise port ❤️

The only downfall is the shuttle to the airport, it only runs every hour on the hour. Makes multiple stops as well. The gentleman was not very friendly as well. The front desk was amazing and very helpful. Surround area is a little sketchy, was walking to the gas and was stopped and told that there was a guy acting crazy and to just be careful.
