Very clean place. Good WiFi. Transportation back to the airport MIA Intl starts at 06:00 am. First van goes to the airport. Recommend Tom’s Bar & Grill for a good meal. Within walking distance. 7-8 minutes away

Facility was clean. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise pier was very convenient and appreciated. What we didnt like was the front desk locking us out at 10:45am, 15 mins before the checkout time of 11 am.

I received a email from this hotel about a free shuttle while I was in the air. Of course I’m not going to check my email with no service at the airport, so paid for an expensive cab when I could’ve caught a free shuttle bus. Not good customer service. My money should’ve been refunded for the cost of the cab fare. It was not. The extremely offensive overwhelming smell of car freshener in the lobby was enough to make my eyes tear. What are they trying to cover up? Pool had things floating in it. Not overly clean. Fitness area had benches but no free weights to actually lift??

This would’ve been a nice place to stay and it does offer convenient transportation to the port, but the front desk clerk was extraordinarily rude. She needs to be fired because she definitely doesn’t belong dealing with the public other than her rudeness. The breakfast was decent and the rooms were OK. Wish it was in walking distance of attractions in Miami but if you’re just looking for a place to crash before your cruise, you can always take a Lyft to see some of the shopping areas and sites

This hotel was dirty, the staff was rude with the exception of our shuttle bus driver. The elevator never worked. It was extremely loud. Would not stay here again.

Check in was very easy and fast. The bus shuttle from airport was provided as directed. The front desk staff (unfortunately didn't ask her name) was very professional and polite and she let us left our luggages in a secure area, but in a few minutes our room was ready and we were lucky ti check in earlier was readyOur check in was 1/7/2025.
