Comfort Inn is named that for a good reason ... the beds are so comfortable. And the rest of the room including the bathroom is very nice. Only thing that could be picked up is the breakfast ... it's not in the same league as Holiday Inn's breakfast but the room and especially the bed are a step up scale in comparison. Nice stay and we'll be back for sure.

As per the hotel description it says shuttle free and we paid more than what we would have liked be a use we need a shuttle to airport and miami port but they didn’t provide shuttle from Miami port to hotel (we had to pay $40) and to airport (we had call Uber ) they said our flight is too early..in the morning

The staff was rude and we asked for towels 3 times and had to go get them ourselves one of the housekeepers rolled her eyes when we were on the elevator leaving because she had to wait... Ive been to hotels hundreds of times and this was the rudest staff ive ever encountered if I had more time I would write even more I will never stay here again when I come to Miami with my family

No microwave, closet, ironing board in room. I planned on ironing a few items before leaving on cruise. The only food/bar establishment (other than subway and McDonald’s) has subpar food, extremely slow service. The only plus is the shuttle service to cruise port.

The place was nice, clean, friendly staff, ample parking space, coin laundry. Only downside for me was the breakfast. No variety. Stayed 2 nights and had breakfast twice and it was the exact same both times. And the eggs and sausage (eggs not fresh but more like egg patties from the freezer section). Stayed in other hotels before and the breakfast had more options and options that looked way more satisfying.

The area is not good, no dining or conveniences stores nearby, the hotel is too busy , only one elevator is working and the reception is on the second floor, therefore we had to wait a long time to catch an elevator an check in. The breakfast is less than poor and the shuttle service runs only once per hour, so it’s not even a service. I do bot recommend it at all!! Expend a little more and go to something nicer and closer to the airport, this is NOT close to the airport, nor a good area.
