My stay at this resort was delightful. The room was really nice and the check in process was simple. The only one issue was that the thermostat in the room was unable to be adjusted. Otherwise it was a great stay.

If you want something very basic and clean Casa Ocean would be a good choice. There are fancier options but obvs more expensive. There is no lobby bar or pool or any amenities but we were happy with the choice.

We enjoyed the area..beach, shopping, dining and airport in walking distance. We disliked the strong chemical smell that hits you when first entering the building and in the room. The smell was so strong I instantly got a headache and felt very sick. I really pray management will consider this because although I appreciate the cleanliness I would recommend using a more friendly product. By the way the man at the front desk was helpful.

It was so clean, and smelled so good when you walk in. It was very quiet it sound like we were the only ones their . We arrived at 11 something in the morning, we asked the manager can we leave our things in the lobby because check in wasn’t until 4, he was so nice that he moved us to another room (free upgrade) and also let us check in early so we can put our things in the room. I will definitely be booking every single time I come to Miami . It was worth the price .

Kindest staff ever. After we told them it was our honeymoon, they gave us a gift on our bed and even let us stay all the way until 3:30. 10/10 recommend!
