Nice property, unfortunate circumstances
We booked our stay with a group of friends to get away during the cold winter months. Lauren was very easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, the pool was not turned on. The main reason we chose this property was due to the “heated pool”. Lauren was very quick to respond and start addressing the issue. However, no results came out of her efforts in time for us to enjoy it. She was out of town for work but was kind enough to give us the access to turn it on. Sadly with the cool weather during our stay it did not heat up enough for our entire group to enjoy. Many were disappointed as that was the only amenity we wanted and paid for. Outside of that, it’s is a great spot to be in with an easy uber ride to downtown and Miami Beach to explore! I would highly recommend this property for a fun get away with friends, but to make sure the pool gets addressed immediately.

Good stay - Mixed reviews
We recently stayed at this vacation rental and had a pleasant experience overall. The house is conveniently located, just a 15-minute drive to many attractions. The kitchen and outdoor area were particularly nice, providing a great space for family meals and relaxation. However, the kitchen was equipped with plastic plates and bowls, which might not be to everyone's preference.Our kids absolutely loved the pool and game area, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. On the downside, we found the furniture inside the house to be quite uncomfortable, especially the mini couch and seating in the living & dining area which was a bit disappointing. There was a small electric grill outside. And the indoor oven was not clean. Despite this, we enjoyed our time and appreciated the amenities offered.
