Owner cancelled last minute
I have no idea if this condo is great or not, but communication with the owner was abysmal. Less than an hour from our check-in time, i received a text from the owner cancelling the reservation due to some mechanical issue. While I understand that things like that happen, waiting until the last minute to cancel a 5 day rental is unacceptable. She refused to take my calls, did not go into the VRBO owner's system and cancel the reservation in a timely manner, and lied to me about when she tried to contact me. It was late in the afternoon when I was notified, so I had great difficulty finding something else. We ended up staying in a more expensive hotel away from the coast. VRBO's response to the situation was just as bad. I ended up paying more than 2x of the original cost since I had to book something else last minute on a holiday weekend. VRBO offered nothing. The owner offered nothing. It was an awful experience in every way. My suggestion is to have a backup plan if you are booking this condo because if something goes wrong, the owner has no problem leaving you without a place to stay for the week.

Perfect for a family beach trip!!
Condo was very clean and easy access to a nice pool and a very short walk to an amazing beach. Property owner very responsive to our questions and we got acquainted to the place. Nice secure parking. Would also like to call out that she was super nice and mailed back the flat iron and curling iron my wife left under the sink. Definitely above and beyond!!! Thanks so much

Pros Tetiana is an amazing host and very responsive Location is amazing Pool area is great Condo is big Free parking 5 minute walk to beach Great gym Nice to have a balcony over looking pool Cons Condo needs updating including appliances Water temp and pressure at shower was not great Tiny bugs around kitchen sink forcing us to leave food in fridge
