Must see!!! Building recently updated with new high technology elevators. Ocean view from your own living room and master bedroom. Enjoy direct access to the beach. Unit is fully decorated and equipped with 2 TV set, two queen size beds, Two sleeper sofa, linens, etc. Roomy master bedroom and oversized walking closet. Large living/dining and kitchen. Wifi and TV cable. Essentials provided for the first day.

3 DAYS MINIMUM STAY!

- Nicely decorated & furnished
Cable TV; Full Kitchen with Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven/Stove, Micro Wave Ovens, and all necessary Kitchen Appliances and utensiles. Bathroom with Tub and Shower.
Bath and Beach Towels, Beach chairs and Sunshade are provided
$ 300 warranty deposit applies, refundable at check-out.- Parking is $100.- the week parking tag $20.- cash deposit refundable in cash when you return it at the office
2 weeks $125.- 3 weeks $150.- 4weeks $175.-

The property host was available to help with the check in process and it was a process, had to get a parking pass key pob pool and beach access wristband, but from then on it’s pool time beach time the rest of the stay, your right on the beach. It was smaller but 2 queen size beds a pull out bed, besides your only in the room to sleep right! Enjoy your stay here

Nice condo a little odd for check in since we arrived later. But the property manager was helpful the next morning making sure we were set. Perfect location with access to the beach pool and. Close to the Hard Rock stadium for Taylor Swift. It was well stocked and had everything we needed

Myself, boyfriend, and our 2 sons (7yrs &9yrs) had a wonderful time staying at this condo! The home was very clean and had a great kitchen for us to make all our meals. They had beach chairs, towels, and umbrella in the condo which made our beach days great!! The pool was a beach/pool days were the best and literally right next to each other. Very happy with our stay 😊

We really enjoyed our stay at The Tides. Communication and check-on was easy. We felt safe and enjoyed the pool areas very much. Very close to the Hollywood boardwalk where there is lots to do!

Centrally located
This was our first time at the Tides. The property was centrally located. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. The beach was steps from the property and the pool was clean and heated. The gym was a nice feature with ample machines and weights. The only criticism I have was that even though there were signs about reserving pool chairs it was not adhered to as everyday chairs had towels on them starting at 8 in the morning for hours before they were occupied

For What It's Worth
It was okay for what it's worth, but felt like we could've/should've paid a small bit more for something in a better area, better check-in process, resort staff and a little nicer rooms. Property owner was nice and responsive and provide all the details to check-in before. But the check-in process with the additional costs is a headache. If you're in need of a room to be down for an event, this is fine. But if you're looking for the place to be part of the experience, I'd look elsewhere.

Condo just as it appears in pictures
We had a great stay. Plenty of room. Was a little confused at first on getting to room but was called by property manager and walked through the process and she stayed on the phone until we were in the room. She also gave me her cell phone in case I needed her over the weekend. She was great! The property has 2 pools and is about 2 miles to the Broadwalk. Enjoyed our stay! Recommend all to visit.

Perfect Ocean View!
It is one of the cleanest units in the Tides we have stayed in, however there were a few exceptions. Living rug was very dirty, bathroom vanity was peeling and microwave was also peeling. That is why i did not give it 5 stars! Communication with owner was excellent.

It’s a nice condo, clean, oceanfront, close to markets and stores. Full of beach toys and chairs. Nice swimming pools also. My only concern is about the building management, that’s always crowded and hard to talk. The day I left, one of the staff members were late and they did not open the office, so I couldn’t get my parking security deposit back.

Nice Condo
Everything from booking to staying at the condo was fabulous! Plenty of room for four adults. Owner even was gracious enough to check us in a few hours early. The condo was nicely decorated and the owner had everything you would need from kitchen utensils to beach chairs and towels. Pool area (there are two) was fabulous. Was a little too cold for us to swim in the ocean (which is right there), but it looked nice. Plenty of security wandering around so you always felt safe. Not right on the Hollywood Boardwalk (less than a mile), but that was okay because we are walkers anyway. We used the laundry facilities and fitness room - both of which were also nice. We would certainly stay again.

Very much enjoyed that condo would definitely go back
We had a wonderful time. The layout of the condo is perfect. The view from the balcony is nice ocean view. 2 nice big couches and all the appliances you need in the kitchen to prepare your meals. The bedroom has a nice big walk in closet with hangers however the bed on the left could use a new mattress it’s nice and soft but sinks in the middle the other mattress is more firm. When you walk out of the building to go the pool you definitely feel like you’re in a resort. The grounds are well maintained and the size of the pool is great also there is a bathroom at the pool which is very convenient. The beach is wonderful however lots of seaweed and the time we were there first 2 weeks of Feb lots of baby jelly fish (but that’s nature) no matter where you stay nothing to do with the condo. I would definitely go back as I loved that condo. Very clean and modern. The only reason why I didn’t give it a 5 star rating is that the window in the bedroom needs to be changed asap as you can hear the strong wind all night long so if you’re a light sleeper make sure that window is changed before you go. Thank you for your hospitality. Check in was a breeze

Nice room nice location
Overall we had a nice stay and the unit is nice. The pool area is very nice. Few things to note: There is an additional $55 fee upon arrival for parking and a key fob. I agree with the other reviewer who mentioned a good point: what is the point of the front lobby? It would be nice if that’s where we checked in. Instead, it’s some random door that you have to get to by finding some double doors on the side of the building towards the back that has no visible signage above it. (Obviously this isn’t the owners fault and he does give you instructions- it’s just not very easy). The unit does need some TLC but is good overall. The baseboards and some of the furniture needs a good cleaning, especially the kitchen which probably needs fresh paint as well. The throw blanket on the couch was visibly dirty. Lastly, the windows and doors are THIN so bring earplugs to sleep if you are sensitive as I am. The Hollywood beach area is a great place to stay.

A lot left to desire
The tides is an older hotel, but well kept. It's good to know they are putting those initial fees they charge to good use. It's $75 dollars for the "resort fee" then 20 dollars cash for the parking. they provide you a badge you put on your car and that you return at the end to get your money back. What they don't tell you is that they are open only office hours, so if you have a flight in the morning, and you don't give the parking pass back the business day before, you forfeit your money. As for the room, it was very minimalistic. You could tell the room had been lightly cleaned before our arrival but somethings didn't need to be cleaned but replaced. The middle rug in the living room was very worn and stained throughout. The TV remotes were falling apart and the batteries were dead. The placement of the TV in the corner of a room, and very low to the ground in the living room was poor. The biggest problem was the door knobs. The knob to the master bedroom was broken, and we were lucky to get it open. When a handy man came by, he added a few screws and "showed us" that the door had a kink. The master closet door knob consistently fell off when we open the door. Long story short, fix the knobs or get rid of the doors because they are a hazard. There was no small wash clothes provided, only a few towels. To point out something positive, they did provide us beach towels and an umbrella. no oven mitts, no watered down soap, broken hair straightner
