Condo is located in Sian Oceanfront Condos, steps to the beach!! We are within reach of the famous Hollywood Broadwalk, and the luxury Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa. The spacious Condo with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths sleeps 6 (including 4 adults). It is fully furnished and offers all the houseware you will need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen.
Resort style living with heated pool and beach access. Amenities include business center, pool table, fitness center, 24 hour valet parking and concierge.
Restaurants, Coffee shops & shopping within walking distance.
High-end shopping at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall - 15 minutes drive
Minutes away from The Gulfstream Casino and Race Track and The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
Miami Beach is 22.5 km from the property and Fort Lauderdale is 15 km. The nearest airport is Fort Lauderdale Hollywood Airport, 12.8 km from Sian.

Amazing condo
This place is amazing. It was the cleanest vrbo we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed. Also the parking was super cheap and the valet was really fast.

Perfect relaxing family vacation!
The condo is just what a small family needs, and is located centrally along the coast such that you can just as easily go south to Miami Beach as you can go north to Ft Lauderdale! If you decide to...there's plenty to do close by anyway. The beach is an easy few steps and the pool is a nice place to cool off. The host was great all through the process. We'd definitely go back!

The Apt was very comfortable, we enjoyed the balcony immensely. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Having the beach towels for the pool was great.

Beach getaway
We spent several days relaxing on the beach. The beach was just outside the pool gate, very convenient. The unit had chairs, an umbrella, coolers, and towels that were needed for a relaxing day. The property manager was attentive and easy to reach.

We enjoyed the stay, everything was very clean, the beach is walking distance, towels and beach necessities were included, lots of stuff to do in the neighborhood. The host was very responsive and always stayed in touch.

Condo was exactly as listed and was perfect for our family. Great location, beach access, and pool were an added bonus. Everything you need for a day at the beach can be found in the front closet. Mylene was so sweet to work with and we were very happy with everything.

The condo was perfect!!! The location was great, right next to the beach. Our host had everything we needed in the unit and was sure to check in with us to make sure that we had everything we needed. Great girls trip
We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well stocked, including beach chairs, cooler, etc which was very convenient. The beach was just a short walk away and beautiful, and we enjoyed many restaurants and bars just a short Uber ride away. Communications with Mylene were good before and during our stay. A great time was had by all.

First Time in Ft. Lauderdale
The property is maintained beautifully and our room was exactly as stated online. There was a little confusion with the check-in process, but that was easily resolved. The valet parking is an extra expense that I am not used to but not as expensive as other resorts in the area. They were very easy to work with and someone was always there to get our car for us. Overall, it was a great short trip.

Lovely property!
We really enjoyed staying in this property. The location is perfect and the property was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. Having two bathrooms (well, 1.5) was really helpful. The apartment was easy to get in and out of and parking was a breeze. The pool area was lovely and not too crowded, and the beach is right there. The only thing I wish were different is that the 2nd bedroom has an open top wall over the doors, so it's not soundproof with the rest of the unit. That was a little bit challenging since our two kids were sleeping in that room. I think I missed that when I was booking the property. Otherwise, perfect property and Mylene was a great host. We would stay there again!

Good location but a lot of street noise
The location was great with good access to beach, but there was a lot of street noise as you are only on the second floor. Apartment was extremely clean and all amenities as promised. Especially nice that they provide beach chairs.

Girls trip!
It was the perfect location and space for a girls trip! The only thing i would have liked was if there was a dresser in the second bedroom. however there is a walk in closet so we stored luggage in there! Otherwise, beautiful space with a walkout right to the beach and close to so much! Mylene was amazing with communication and we have no issues checking in early!

The unit itself is nice, but the amenities are lacking. Beds are a tad hard for our liking but otherwise in good shape. The building itself was the part we didn’t love. The building is very outdated and smelly, the trash was over flowing daily and stiff in the stairwell. There is only one elevator you’re allowed to take if you come in from the beach or pool. The pool wasn’t great, was in the shade majority of the day (which is probably great in June but not February). We did enjoy the area greatly. And the host was great with her responses and keeping us informed.

Beauty and the Beach
We loved our 6 night stay! Do not hesitate to book this property. This second floor unit was just one flight of stairs or a short elevator ride down to the main lobby where you have pool and/or beach access. It was just as pictured: very clean comfortable and charming in addition to being extremely roomy! The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make several meals. It was also a pleasure to find things needed for the beach in the closet like: chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, towels that we didn't have to rent. We were just minutes away from plenty of restaurants. Communicate with Mylene was super wonderful and easy. We will definitely come again!

February in Florida
My husband and I stayed at this condo for a three week "work-cation" and it was perfect. The unit is roomy and has access to a beautiful beach. We like being on the second floor so we could take the stairs when needed, but the elevators were quick. The gym is fine - limited capacity due to Covid rules. The valet team is outstanding and very friendly. As other reviewers noted, a couple of the receptionists are not very friendly, but others are and it doesn't really matter once you are checked in. Parking was easy to use...self-park or valet. The view from the balcony is closer to the street than the ocean, however we looked out on palm trees in 80 degree temperatures so were quite happy. Laundry facilities were easy to use. Mylene was outstanding to deal with. Extremely fast responses and always willing to go the extra mile. Our first week there was unusually chilly so she purchased a room heater from Amazon and it was there quickly. Hollywood has great beaches, a fun board walk for walking, biking, roller-blading and people watching...couldn't have been happier with this choice!
