At first the entry process itself was problematic. The person who came to meet us in front of the apartment did not speak English. She only spoke Spanish. According to the entry instructions which were sent by Vrbo app, there was no key in the locker, so when the person made sure that there was no key, she went and brought us another key in a short time. All the time there was a problem with the key and the lock, which was extremely difficult to open.
When we entered the apartment, we were shocked that it was extremely dirty and untidy. It is obvious that no one was there, and it had not been cleaned for days. There was nothing in the apartment, no shampoo, no soap, no sugar or salt—only a minimal number of cutlery and spoons and forks.
There was practically no communication with the owner or anybody else. Through the official channel, I asked for the delivery of the basic things, and accessories, that were not in the apartment but listed on the listing for the apartment, but no one answered me nor brought something.
All in all, an apartment that, apart from the location, does not deserve to be in it. I do not recommend going to this apartment.
