Stylish condo with beautifully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. There are stunning views of the ocean from the balcony, living room and bedroom. Furnished to fit every vacation needs. There are a king size bed in the master bedroom and queen and full size convertible sofa beds in the living room. There is an in suite bathroom in the master suite and a half bath off the living room. Cable, Broadband Internet, LCD TV, beach chairs + umbrella, all linens, full kitchen. Directly on the beach! Spotless and well-kept place, for a quiet vacation.

Enjoy ocean views from your private terrace. Here you will enjoy the pool and the other amenities afforded by more than $20 million in renovations. Stroll the beach, and then swim laps in the secluded pool, taking in the exotic landscaping and spectacular views of the ocean. Or head for the state-of-the-art fitness center. Enjoy movies in the top of the art movie theater or relax in the sophisticated social and pool room. Close to the exciting Hollywood Beach boardwalk where you will find many outdoor cafes, restaurants and shops. There is live entertainment at the bandstand on the boardwalk on weekends, approximately one mile north. Just a 15 minute drive to South Beach or 10 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale.

The building is located on Hollywood Beach which is a few doors from the Westin Diplomat. This is a full amenities building on the beach. Close to dining and shopping. Minutes from Historic Downtown Hollywood known for its charming streets, fine dining, cafés, bars, art galleries and special events.

The Sian will be undergoing an elevator modernization project starting around May 24, 2024 and completing around May 30, 2025. This will require one of the three elevators to be taken out of service at a time, however, there should always be two operating elevators.

This property has an excellent location and accommodations for beach goers. The pool was also very nice. There was no hot tub, which was advertised, and some of the vents and fans could use a cleaning. The hosts are amazing with communication, and the building staff are very informative and kind. It was a great stay!

Great location and view was great and the communication with property manager was great.
The condo was great and it was a good location right of the beach. Little things that I would improve. Few updates would be nice, half bath sink leaked and light switch hard to turn on. TV in bedroom worked but out of date. Two fans to move air were dirty and was always humid inside the unit. Windows in bedroom and sliding door whistle all the time. Only one working elevator in the complex our whole stay.

Overall it was a nice spot. It has a full kitchen and good view of the beach. It was pointed out by my spouse that the air conditioner vents could use some cleaning, but I’m sure that’s hard to keep up with the humidity in the area. The front elevators were off and on out of service, but the main one used in the back worked. I liked that it has washer and dryers on each floor. Those are useful when going to the beach. We contributed and left 2 boogie boards and a beach bag to the next visitors to hopefully enjoy! It was a fun trip and overall the apartment was as described in the listing. The property manager was helpful and sent tips after check in.

Great Communication!
This was a great little condo close to the beach. We could easily walk there. We really enjoyed the family game room and the pool. It was great to have the beach chairs, boogie board, and umbrella to use! I appreciated the great communication. Also if you need to get around download the Circuit app. All of our rides around there were free! No Uber needed!!! Thanks for the great stay!

As advertised, very clean - thank you, Martha! Very quick, helpful text responses from Ben DiNatale and emails from Mario. Walmart food supermarket 15 mins walk across the drawbridge. Mermaid Queen resto on Hollywood Beach broadwalk about 45 mins.

We wanted to be right on the water and this place was it. Can walk to beach. Right next door to Hyde so we could rent chair and umbrella from Them and there is a beach bar at the Japanese restaurant next door so we could get food and drink easily. Walmart within walking distance so we got some grocery’s too. Perfect little spot. Dinner on 9th floor at Hyde next door was great. Workout room at Sian is good. Room Was super clean and kitchen was nice to have. Made coffee every morning. Overall we liked the place and we will be back in future.

Great apartment with everything you need inside.
Very nice and clean apartment with fully stocked kitchen. Having beach chairs, umbrella and towels was great and very useful. Check in / out process was very easy and manager made stayed in touch to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend. That's definitely a 5 star review. If I were to mention one thing to improve that would be the bedding. The linens were not really up to standard to the overall quality of the apartment. Thank you!

Great getaway with beautiful views
Communication was easy and received quick responses to inquiries from the rental managers. Condo and building were very clean and well maintained. The pool was warm and also well taken care of. We enjoyed the views from the balcony, especially the sunrise each morning. Beach access was convenient. Lots of great restaurants, entertainment, and the broad walk near by. We would definitely recommend this rental and would love to come back soon!

Wonderful Stay on the Ocean!
We were very happy with this condo. It is exactly as pictured and very nice. It was clean, spacious and communication with property manager was great with very clear check in instructions and quick responses to all questions. We loved the view of the ocean from the unit and being in an oceanfront building. We had coffee and breakfast every morning on the balcony overlooking the ocean which was very special. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch every day. We ate out every night for dinner. Our favorite dinners were at Matteo’s (5 mins away - family style Italian), Taverna Opa (7 mins away - Greek on the water), and Tiki Tiki (10 mins away - seafood on the water). Publix is 5 mins away and we stocked up on groceries on our arrival day. Laundry is super easy. There is a laundry room on every floor (2 washers and 2 dryers) and you can easily pay by an app (which gives you free $5 to start so your first wash & dry is free). We did have to buy our own laundry detergent as a FYI. My husband and I teleworked a few of the days from the condo and WiFi worked great. AC also worked great. Also liked having a smart TV so we could log into our Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts and watch movies or TV shows. The actual beach was really nice and clean, and really appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels provided. Overall, the condo worked great for us and we would definitely recommend to others without hesitation!

From the minute you get there the stress goes away. They helped us with our luggage and the valet parked our car, check in was simple and easy. The apartment was beautiful, the view was awesome from the balcony. Definitely giving this place a five star! Also, communication with the host was point on! Will definitely book there again!
