While a car isn’t necessary for getting around, the building does have a garage for those with rental vehicles.
Helpful Tip: the elevators can get quite busy during peak hours, especially around check-in (4 PM) and checkout (11 AM). During these times, waits might be a little longer than usual. If you plan your timing accordingly—perhaps arriving or departing outside of these hours—you’ll avoid the rush and enjoy a smoother experience.

Important: If your vehicle is oversized and does not fit in the garage, it will be charged VIP parking at a rate of $60 per night.
Additionally, a $250 security deposit will be required upon check-in, which will be refunded following your stay, pending inspection.

Apartments may have vinyl wood flooring, ceramic or carpet, depending on availability you can get any of these flooring types in our apartments.
All our units are very luminous and are built with impact windows.
All apartments have the same layout, square footage and main furnishing. ROOM 305 reserves the right to assign an apartment in a different floor or orientation than offered in the listing’s pictures, according to availability at the time of the check-in. However, we guarantee that the layout, size of the property as well as the advertised equipment will not be altered.

Please note that all units have open wide views of the intercoastal waterway. All apartments are located on the third floor and above. Views of the units may vary, the photos in the listings are for general purposes and show the two types of views available: North and South.
