Bon séjour
Maison pas très grande, mais très agréable globalement, dans un environnement tropical et avec une belle piscine.. Points positifs : la piscine est régulièrement entretenue, la maison est très bien situé (assez proche de miami beach), commerces et supermarchés à quelques minutes. Points négatifs : la climatisation est un peu poussive et a besoin d’être rénovée. La literie est de très mauvaise qualité (matelas en mousse).. le jardin n’est pas entretenu. Le mobilier autour de la piscine est cassé et bas de gamme (dommage de pas avoir une table et des chaises pour manger dehors). Enfin, dernier point, le gestionnaire est peu réactif, n’est jamais venu et n’a jamais résolu nos problèmes.

Everything is 5 * except master bedroom bed size. Also requires little odor eliminator. It might be because property is not being used or rented recently. Communication with property owners is very much appreciated. Local grocery and restaurants are within 10min. All attractions are within 25-30 mins. Overall we liked the staycation.
