Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, fully equipped gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Each bathroom includes toiletries, hairdryers, and towels. Separate convenience items such as iron and Ironing Board, alarm Clock, Digital Satellite TV are added perks.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact seacoast suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Our apartment was very spacious, clean and had great views. The staff who helped us with the luggage were very helpful and nice. We had issues communicating with housekeeping, and the common areas are outdated and need repairs.

Great place but lacking a few items
Great place and great location: six in our party and plenty of space but literally not one extra blanket, only three towels, no wash clothes, no cooking items other than a few pots. No kitchen towels. If you plan on staying awhile and have anyone who runs cold bring your own blankets!!!

Pleasantly surprised
When we checked in we were asked to use a freight elevator to get to our floor. They do not allow baggage in the lobby elevators. We got up to our floor, in an employee area. We got to our room, and found a nice sized area, as described. The area was clean. I thought this property was a condo, as it turns out they are apartments. We needed to leave a deposit, which wasn’t posted in the listing. I’m not sure when we will get the deposit back and will update review if there’s a problem. But overall would recommend at this point and will book again when back in the area.

The staff is incompetent
- Front desk staff was unfriendly and incompetent about their duty and property. I was told to receive a call when our room ready but no one called. Waited for more than 30 minutes to get someone opened the door for us (keys didn’t work). Again, no one sent me the final bill while I was told by the overnight staff. The property is dated and unwell kept. Can’t give any credit besides the location.

Very clean
We stayed 4 days and the condo was very clean and as described in pictures except living room only has windows on one wall not windows on 2 walls (but not a big deal). We assumed that housekeeping was not part of the rental since they never came but we called down for towels 3 days in a row and said they would be right up but never came so on the 3rd day of no towels I caught a housekeeper in the hall and she brought us clean towels. The location is in a very nice area and the beach area is great. This condo has more closets then I have ever seen so you will have plenty of space as the living room is huge too :) I would stay here again for sure.

Its a trick
We booked months in advance and they took away our ocean view which we did pay for not the bay view. But because they were able to get more than double what we paid for the room, they “overbooked” and would not let us have the room.

Good Place to stay
There are a few things that could have made the stay better but overall it was a great week! They close the pool at night which was a downer for us. Beach chairs don’t get set up until 10am and don’t come with an umbrella which is not something we were used to. I didn’t like having to pay for parking. Initially I was put into the wrong room but when I brought it to their attention they were happy to fix it. The property was clean and secure. There could have been some more supplies as far as pots and pans to cook with but we were able to make it work. Not the best condominium rental I’ve ever had but also not the worst.

Great deal for the area
Our family enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the pool. The rooms were large for families and easy access to the boardwalk. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed when we arrived for 2 weeks so we ate in our hotel room more than expected. You also have to trade a card in to get a towel which is only open during pool hours so you might want to bring your own beach towels.

The kitchen and living room are nice, with the size of the living room tv should be larger. . Bedrooms and bathroom need updating. Windows should be clean and have screens so you can enjoy the breeze. Balcony was nice, good view of the sunrise and ocean and pool!!

Horrible stay and misrepresented property
First of all understand that this is nothing more than a bad hotel. The property represented in the image and description is not what we were given. The property represented has a balcony to overlooking the ocean, ours had a balcony off of the bedrooms facing another building. The place is filthy with worn out carpet and sparsely furnished with very cheap furniture. Ongoing parties in the rooms and halls until very long into the morning. Unbelievable noise and uncomfortable environment. Armed officers in the lobby all night as management obviously recognizes the issues they have. I'm abhorred that VRBO would allow this listing.

Keep Looking- deceptive listing!
We chose Miami Beach because we found this nice-looking reasonably priced condo available. We were excited and looking forward to an oceanfront condo with balcony. Instead we were put in a road-side unit with so much street noise the balcony was unusable. Property staff and host were completely unhelpful and basically offered no option but the roadside unit or “find somewhere else”. Extremely disappointing.
