Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Amazing stay, the room was clean and very spacious and the location was perfect! Close to Ocean Drive and Brickell. Having direct beach access and beach chairs everyday was the best part! Would highly recommend staying here!

Pleasantly surprised
Sea coast was very affordable spacious for 6 people. We had a stunning view from our balcony of the ocean and beautiful. The lobby was also gorgeous The place was kept nice and clean and we had an extra bedroom which went over well with my daughter. I booked this stay for the day before our cruise but would book again for a nice family vacation. Great stay !

Beautiful room!
The room itself was very beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. However, the lobby and pool are very outdated as well as the security and some of the staff were pretty rude. The property has a very nice beach access and a perfect location. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again because of how nice the room itself and the view were.

The unit it self was just like the pictures. The views are amazing and the rooms are huge. This was my first time staying at at VRBO so I was not sure what to expect. Simple process to check in. The only complain would be the elevators in this place. Would recommend Louis to eat on the weekends

Beautiful location and roomy accomodations
The unit was very clean and spacious on beautiful Miami beach, backing up to the boardwalk and beach. Could not have asked for more at a reasonable price. We drove down from illinois ti miami with a few hours break to sleep at ocala, so we arrived very tired. We were delighted to find two spacious rooms and kitchen and fantastically large living area. We have four children, ages 17, 16, 8, 3 and we were very, very comfortable. We loved heading back out to the beach. We even ate one night at the cute bar on the boardwalk. It was great and we had no complaints.

Great location but building and unit need some updating!!
The booking, check in and bellman services were great. The location is perfect with both a pool and beach access. The building and unit is in need of maintenance and remodeling. The carpet in the rooms is matted with stains and wrinkles. The sheets are rough with nubs all over them and the pool and room towels are dated. The units would benefit from a garbage disposal our sink wouldn’t drain.

Very minimal. Only got one dishwasher tablet and not enough glasses, so had to wash dishes in the sink. No paper towels. No coffee, salt or pepper.No hand towel in the kitchen

It was clean and nice. We didn't have a sufficient amount of towels on the first night and they didn't have extras at the desk. We did get some the next day. The door was really hard to open each time. There is a tv in the living room and back room but not the middle room. There really needed to be more information in the details.

The pictures on the listing must have been taken years ago or edited because the property is extremely old and falling apart. Everything in the place is old. The chairs by the pool area are a joke. Wood chairs that’s are so broken you can’t use them. The lobby is outdated. The rooms are outdated. The bathtub and shower in the room are disgusting. There is a crack in the shower in one of the rooms and every time you shower the floor gets soaked. Stains on the carpets, stains on the furniture. I don’t understand how this place had such good reviews because it is absolutely brutal.

Definitely not as nice as the pictures show
Overall everything was fine I guess, it definitely wasn’t as nice as the pictures were advertised. I booked an ocean view room and didn’t get it. The carpet in the bedroom was very gross, there weren’t blankets on the beds just tiny thin twin and maybe queen throw like blanket we had to settle with. The tiki bar wasn’t open at all while there so getting something to drink we had to Uber miles away not a big deal but kinda inconvenient.

Wir waren für 1 Woche da und hatten ein Appartement im 10. Stock mit sensationellem Ausblick auf die Skyline von Miami. Das Appartement war wie beschrieben. Den einzigen Punkt, den wir zu bemängeln hätten, wäre die Ausstattung der Küche. Wir mussten von Küchenrolle, Filtertüten, Grundgewürze, Putzmittel alles selber besorgen. The place was clean with great views of the city. However, there was not enough stuff that you could use the kitchen if you intended to save money and eat breakfast or something at the condo. There wasn’t even soap to wash our dishes after we used them and no paper towels if you spilled something. The place lacked to provide the necessities.
