The staff were very friendly and we experienced the most efficient check in of any hotel. Very quick, no wasted effort, and a friendly exchange with the counter staff. After a change of shift overnight, the staff continued to be friendly and engaging with the customers. The room is as advertised, everything is comfortable and clean.
