"I would stay at hotel again. We stayed for a week for skiing with two kids (6yo and 3yo). It was very convenient. The ski school was next door and the rental shop was down stairs. The hotel is very kid friendly. There is a kids club (TH Land) and they were awesome! They picked up the kids from ski school. The primary negative about the hotel was the dinner schedule. They don’t serve dinner until 730pm, which was not all that convenient with smaller kids (note most restaurants in town didn’t open till 6pm either). The snacks at the bar were limited and not a great option to hold the kids over."

"Phenomenal hotel. Staff was so helpful and kind. We came to ski and found this to be a great hotel. Spa is super nice with beautiful amenities. Breakfast was great every morning. Short ski bus away from Skirama gondola. "

"We had the pleasure of spending 3 nights with Sylvia in her wonderful hotel. Sylvia welcomed us on arrival and gave us lots of information on Pinzolo and the area to allow us to make plans for our 3 day visit. We were given complimentary bus passes to be used in the area which made travel easy. Also Sylvia recommended some great restaurants for suppers. The daily breakfast buffet was filling and varied with fresh produce and great coffee. We left feeling like we were members of Sylvia's family. Would stay hear again in a heartbeat. "
