In a village house, duplex apartment, 60 m2, on the 1st floor. Located in a quiet square, dead end, 3 minutes walk from the beach, time in hand, the port, restaurants, shops, Les Halles where you can do your market every morning.

You can forget your car.

Completely renovated apartment for 5 people. Comprising a living / dining room with open kitchen opening onto a south-facing balcony (reading break, coffee, sun), a shower room / wc, and upstairs, 3 bedrooms.
Reversible climate control.
Equipment: furniture, bedding, appliances, dishes .. (Washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine with pod, classic filter coffee machine ... iron and ironing board, hairdryer ,...TV..)

Free parking at the foot of the apartment on the square and its surroundings (3 minutes walk from the rental).

Rental classified 3 * star by Etoiles de France, Official Classification of Tourist Accommodation, and referenced with the Tourist Office of Mèze. A Tourist tax will be collected by Abritel'HomeAway, according to the new legislation in force since January 2019.

Linen rental on request (fitted sheets - flat sheets - mattress protectors - pillow cases - pillow protectors - towels, large and small, 2 per person - tea towels, 2) / 15 Euros per person / stay.

Cot (child 0-3 years), available: you will need to bring a pillow, sheets.

End of stay cleaning is compulsory:
- It can be done by the holidaymaker (impeccable kitchen utensils, cleaning of the fridge / freezer, oven, hob, coffee machines .... sanitary facilities, floors cleaned). An impeccable and respectful space has been entrusted to you, you will have to make it as clean as it was entrusted to you when handing over the keys.

- Otherwise, to be specified when booking, end of stay cleaning, 100 Euros, to be paid on arrival.

- If you have rented household linen, sheets (covers and flat sheets), mattress protectors, pillowcases, pillow protectors, towels ... must be removed from the beds, folded and placed in the room thank you). There is no hotel service in this rental.
