The Eis House
5/5 Excellent
Clean, quiet & reasonably priced. Would go back.
"Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nice that there is a bar and restaurant right on the property. Bed was VERY comfortable. Beautiful view of the river from the sliding glass doors that open to the private deck with table & chairs.
Price is reasonable, room was very clean, but could use updating a bit. Heat register in bathroom was rusty as was the towel rack. Sliding glass doors in the back out to the 1st floor deck could not be locked, but this wasn't a high crime area so that did not worry me a lot (if my husband was not with me I probably would have been more concerned about it). Smoke Detector looked as if someone ripped it out of the ceiling—only dangling wires left.
But, I would go back there again for the positives.
