El servicio de comunicacion es pésimo, llamafss no responden, el chat tardan eternidades en responder. El check in era a las 4 y pudimos hacerlo hasta pasadas las 6, por errores de la administracion de la propiedas que no generó codigo de barras de acceso. No dan indicacionws completas, no supimos como poner seguro a la chapa electrónica de combinación. La plataforma Vrbo que usan, es en ingles, los correos que envían en inglés también. Eso es lo malo. La propiedad en si es excelente. Amplia, segura, acceso en 5 munutoa caminando a una gran plaza enfrente. Y muy cercana a los principales hospitales de Tlalpan
