This property is located in a centric area. The rooms are in great shape and the rate is attractive for the value. There is a big contra with this property though. For some reason the developer did not think of the value of adding extra noise protection to its front windows. This is a very busy street with buses, and trailers driving through. The noise is simply unacceptable. If you are a light sleeping this is a terrible option for you.

The hotel design was very good for me as an architect. Everything was squeaky clean and the daily house keeping was perfect. The service staff was always friendly and promptly assisting any inquiries. I would definitely stay here again.

I reserved at Uliv Polanco and they sent us to Roma North, in a building with a very tiny bed, without elevators and very far of our daily activities in Polanco, so I have to spend a lot of time traveling and pay a lot of money for transportation. I feel very upset and disappointed, besides the area is very close to a very dangerous colonia

The noise from the traffic outside is considerable, even on the 6th floor. The windows are not double glazed and therefore the noise of trucks etc can be louder than a TV in the room. The “industrial” decor isn’t to everyone’s taste, but overall I found it comfortable. If you’re there for Day of the Dead, it is also close to the start of the parade (2024).
