My stay at Suites Rio Elba was less than ideal. The persistent door-knocking was an unwelcome interruption, and the receptionist's constant financial concerns created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The two-week stay was marred by NO AC, non-functional INTERNET and room phone, making communication impossible. The only saving grace was the dedicated cleaning and security staff and the location. A reconsideration of management practices might improve the overall guest experience at this establishment. (The woman in reception) Avoid this place; it's a nightmare!!! And complaining will cause the receptionist lady saying: We don’t want you here, literally telling me to go?? There’s no one else who to talk to other than her unfortunately

The location of this facility is very convenient to the park and museums. The walk is fairly level and easy to stroll to nearby coffee shops and restaurants. The rooms are very quiet. Never heard anyone else in the building even though they were there, judging by the garbage left out on pick up day. Daily maid service and fresh towels, fully furnished kitchen plus twice the square footage of the average hotel room included. Maintenance a little wanting but easy trade off for all the pluses. Would stay again.

The place is in a perfect location, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Victor and Luis were wonderful. The room was so beautiful and super clean. We are definitely coming back to Rio Elba suites and will recommend it to anyone planning a trip to CDMX.

Very very nice and sparkling clean hotel close walking distance to Chapultepec metro station. I got to airport and took metro station all the way to the hotel for 50 pesos. Hotel has convenience store, pharmacy, Krispy Kreme, many food vendors a minute away. Walking distance to páseo de la reforma and Angel de la independencia. Suite had clean towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, warm water. My own fridge, microwave, ironing board, coffee machine with coffee kit, electronic safe. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet during the nights your able to get a great night sleep hotel has 24 hour security surveillance system plus door man that guards entrance. It doesn’t have AC but nights are very chilly due to elevation 7,200 feet above sea level so you won’t need one really but room did have a fan. This is my 2nd time staying here and will definitely continue to stay here since their personnel and staff are very warm, friendly and welcoming. It also has an open terrace on the 4th floor with a gym for exercising. What I love about this hotel is that it is very modern with an elevator it also has parking garage for your cars. Thank you Rio Elba Suites for making me feel at home.

great place for a 1 or 2 day stay if you are transiting through mexico city. Hotel is nice, good location, everything you need is walking distance. Only down side is the room was not very clean at check in, and No A/C in rooms which in mexico city not normally a problem but time of my stay was unseasonable hot...

The hotel is nice but it needs to improve the condition of the bathroom towels. Also our fan wasn't enough to give us a confortable temperature. The pillows were not comfortable neither... The rest of the things were good... clean and the location is very good

The reception and doorman staff should be more friendly. It is really uncomfortable to enter and leave. Our room on the roof seemed like a service room for the cleaning staff. The location of the suite is good but the attention to guests leaves much to be desired. They need to pay more attention to the details and give the extra mile. Not coming back.
