Pros:
- Good location
-Cheap
-fan in the private bedrooms
Cons:
-batnroom in terrible condition. They dont have soap to wash hands
-Rarely they have towels available.
-in my stay they had a water shortage, so having a shower was limited to mornings.

Bait and Switch. They give you a much smaller room than what is shown. And i shwoed them the fotos of the room and expedia reservation. They argued and asked for more money. They give you 1 towel for your whole stay... 1 raggidy towel. Even if it 2 of you.
Tem while experience was really bad. Starting with the room, a shared one, 8 beds, no AC and poor ventilation. Did not have a door. The room and the bed smelled really bad! There are only two bathrooms for all the people. The shower is tiny and the whole bathroom was DISGUSTING! Too dirty. I have been in more than 100 hostels in more than 30 countries and this is the worst one by far

Serive was very poor, asked many times for towels and paper and I'm still waiting.
Some of the guest outstanding in helping me navigate and with bags coming and going on the third floor. Overall my first hostel experience and not bad at all. My biggest issue is shared bathroom but clean. Wi-Fi was a challenge the entire week I was present. Hot water only on first two floors didn’t make it to the third floor.

Disliked: Amenities
classic bait switch. I paid up front for the larger room but was given a very small room. There's no hot water the internet is spotty the place is extremely loud. When someone's walking up the steps of shakes my. So when I was preparing food someone stole my room key extremely aggressive trying to keep me from leaving when I told him that someone took key. Instead of advocating for me the aggressively began to demand a deposit fortunately my car had arrived and I escaped. Not only will I never go to this place again but I doubt that I'll ever stay at any of the roomies in the future. Town staying at a place called casa Mex which is beautiful and actually has customer service like you would expect at a hotel. I also have pictures of people's laundry hanging from the very very small balcony which always has someone on smoking cigarettes that you can smell throughout the building. And ended up with the smallest one
Everything is excellent, it is a clean place, the staff is very friendly and the place is very well located and cheap, excellent for travelers who do not need to spend a lot.
