The apartment itself is nice but cleanliness is non existent and i has to clean myself. The flat is a heat trap and guest experience from Kukun does not care. The air con unit does not work and you have 34degreed centigrades throughout the day. Completely unacceptable when they describe it as a luxury apartment

We liked everything about the property except for one minor detail...the sofa bed in the second bedroom was not comfortable because it's too narrow and it doesn't open up as a bed...I would definitely stay here again but would like to suggest a twin bed for the second bedroom. We really enjoyed the property!

Buena ubicación, cómodo y seguro.
El proceso de entrada es algo engorroso pero garantiza seguridad en la estancia. Muy buen ubicado si vas a la zona de Paseo de la Reforma y Zona Rosa.

Me gusto mucho la atención del anfitrión, que le respondía inmediatamente. El edificio, aunque un poco descuidado, tiene muy buenas amenidades. El departamento está amplio, con una habitación principal muy cómoda. La segunda habitación está muy pequeña y un poco incómodo dormir en el catre. Ideal para 2 personas. Me dejaron una botella de vino (muchas gracias!). Los únicos dos detalles fueron un pañuelo desechable tirado en el baño y el olor a pintura fresca en la habitación. Fuera de eso, la estancia estuvo muy bien.
