The rooms are great. Staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. We had a good time with hiring a driver for the day trips, which the front desk staff helped with. The view from our room is amazing.

Excellent accommodations in the city.
The staff bent over backwards to facilitate our stay at the hotel! They made it easy for us to attend a bullfight, and acquired safe travel for Landon and I around the city.

Plaza Suites is a great facility with a very pleasant staff. The room ventilation is a problem. Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms and is poor at best in cooling the room. Windows are tiny and only open very slightly the result is a suite that is very uncomfortable. Woke up both mornings because it was too warm.

Convenient but not a hotel
The person at reception was very nice and the room clean. This is not a conventional hotel, there is no lobby / restaurant - it is a short term apartment. That said you do get the advantage of having a small kitchen and bigger fridge...

I love the hotel overall from the location, space, amenities but the second I try to extend my stay because flight issues it costs as much for one night as my entire stay for 4 days!

Great Luxury Condo in Mexico City
The room, property and staff were great! Very clean, safe and nice location. The only thing I would mention is I think the unit would need another A/C unit because the room is so big that one is not enough. Great place and would highly recommend!

This place was a welcome respite from the rest of Mexico City. Helpful staff, convenient to dining, a great room with great amenities and a safe neighborhood. I will definitely choose this hotel again.

A great on night in Mexico City.
Stay was only for one night, the over night staff didn't speak English at all, that would of been difficult if my companion didn't speak Spanish but she was able to translate. The AM staff was great they helped us book a ride to lunch and the service held our bags and took us to the bus after our lunch which was a great feature!! I will be back purely because of this added touch.

Home away from home
The hotel is in downtown Zona Rosa and this is avery busy and noisy area, similar to Manhattan. Graciously the maid left me some ear plugs. This is a true boutique hotel, so if you are looking for large lobby, high fees go elsewhere. However if you are planning an extended stay in Mexico City, I highly recommend the Plaza Suites. Note that I have never seen a chamber maid work as hard and completely clean a room, every single day. Staff was helpful, thanks Luis.

Not quite what we expected
I thought this hotel was more like an apartment than a hotel. We had already paid for the room, and yet we were charged an extra $30 dollars per person to use the facilities like pool, hot tub and washer and drier in the room. We were at this property for a day, so did not use any of the facilities but still were charged. Do yourself a favor and do research before staying at this hotel

Full size Refrigerator is packed with mini bar items. Hard to find room for personal items. Bottled water beside bathroom sink with no indication this was part of mini bar and we were charged $C 1.00 for ean very small bottle of water. We paid $G180 per night at this hotel and felt this charge for bottled water was unfair. The air conditioner was only in bedroom and hardly put out any cool air. The only thing available to cool rest of suite was a fan,

Excellent location on Reforma, great facilities. Great views. NO onsite restaurant, many within walking distance since it is in the same building as a residential place.
