部屋のコーヒーカップが汚い コーヒーメーカーが汚い トイレの換気扇が止まっている タオルが黄ばんでいる テレビのリモコン操作が不安定 ネットフリックスが見られない 下記内容で、チェックインがスムーズに出来ない ・リストに載っていない ・支払いが出来ていない（領収書を見せてから３０分後　　　に承認した） 朝の警備員の対応が悪い ・挨拶しても顔も見ない

En general la experiencia estuvo buena. Sin embargo, tuvimos la pésima experiencia de que una de las madrugadas nos abrieron la puerta de la habitación. Fue un gran susto el que nos llevamos. No la pasamos nada bien después de eso.
