Very pleasant and responsive. Had an issue with the TV remote at 10 pm. They responded. Could not fix the problem, but he graciously offered us access to the next room which was vacant so we could watch TV.

El dueño y la persona que nos atendió fueron muy amables. Pero algo que sí hay que mencionar es que no todo es claro al momento de reservar. Si hay estacionamiento pero hay que pagar, se comparte departamento con otras personas, y no todas las habitaciones tienen baño.

No tenían piscina ni gimnasio como decía en el anuncio y en la fotos de Internet . El departamento no tenía la limpieza adecuada. Y las personas de limpieza entraban al departamento sin tocar la puerta. Y tampoco contaban con lavadora, eso les resta muchos puntos, a diferencia de otros lugares donde he reservado.
