Nice hotel for the price. There was a $600 pesos charge for having our pet with us. Usually hotels ask for a pet deposit not a charge. Other than that every else was good. Breakfast was good.

Horrible right from the start. The charged me for an early checking even though I’m gold status and it states VIP Expedia hotel. The breakfast buffet was horrible. The room was outdated and not well cleaned. The hallways were dirty and not vacuumed. The hotel was not warm - very cold atmosphere.
