This two-story penthouse apartment is a modern, cozy space that can comfortably accommodate 10 people. On the first floor, three well-lit rooms have closets, providing enough storage space. Two of these rooms share a full bathroom, while the master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bathroom, providing privacy and comfort.

The common area on the first floor includes a living room, a dining room, and an open kitchen. The modern decor, characterized by soft tones with touches of vibrant colors, creates a friendly and contemporary atmosphere. There are also two desks intended for working from home, providing a functional space for work tasks.

On the second floor, a fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed and its own bathroom offers residents a quiet and private place. The jewel of this level is the terrace, which has a seating area with armchairs, two tables with chairs and a barbecue. A gardener adds a touch of freshness to the outdoor space.

The terrace is newly designed with a canvas that protects it from sun and rain, allowing residents to enjoy the space in any climate. From here, you can see a panoramic view of the city's skyline, with the possibility of glimpsing the mountains on clear days. This PH is located on the 6th floor, providing an elevated location and breathtaking views from the terrace. With excellent lighting and ventilation, this space becomes a comfortable and attractive home in the heart of the city.

Guest Access:
Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 12 km to/from the Mexico City International Airport (MEX).

- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.
- Metrobus: The Metrobus is another viable option.

Much to see
This property is located in the lively area of Roma Norte. We enjoyed exploring all of the restaurants, eateries and beautiful tree-lined streets. The apartment itself is located on the backside of the building, which cuts down on city noise. Also, it's on the top floor, so no footsteps above. I guess really the only negatives that we experienced were the that the showers can be a little finicky between hot and cold and there's no real lounging area for a group. That's about it. Everything else was great! Including communication with the property management which was almost immediate. All in all, we had a great time!

Great Place, Great Location
Really enjoyed the outdoor space! Cool place. Lots of great restaurants and places to hang out nearby. Some of the plumbing fixtures need a little work - it was hard to use the shower and bathroom faucet upstairs.
