I am extremely disasspointed with the lack of professionalism, communication and hospitality from Luxury Residences Casa Calderon and Expedia. We waited for multiple hours after multiple messages, voicemails to be able to get access code to use the room assigned for our accomodation. I was travelling with a 6 year old daughter and pregnant wife and despite us trying to highlight the need for prompt response; we were not accomodated until 6 pm in the evening. Even within Expedia customer care; they were not responsive. Its a pity that we are forced to use the AI Bot for customer support and cannnot access a "human" agent to address the customer needs. It takes multiple attempts and sometimes over 30 to 45 mins to access an agent.

Desafortunadamente: no tuve agua un día (18 de febrero)! lo reporté como a las 6 am, nunca llegó el agua me fui a trabajar sin bañar y sin planchar (no pude tener vapor en la plancha), la madrugada del martes 18 de febrero (2:30am aproximadamente) había un huésped gritando y gritando, no pude dormir : NADIE le dijo nada, sus gritos duraron más de una hora (no tuve un descanso saludable). La cocina y pisos y baños sucios, me entregaron la habitación sin aseo (tengo fotos de basura abajo de la barra, cabellos de mujer en el piso de la sala, vellos, barba y basura en el baño, toallas rotas me dieron! esto no era un hospedaje de lujo. Me hubiera gustado que la persona que me recibió (domingo 16 de febrero) hubiese sido amable, puedo entender que la señora no es recepcionista, sino una guardia de seguridad sin preparación en hospitalidad, carece de hospitalidad, camaradería y amabilidad. Me encanta la zona y el departamento, tal vez tuve mala suerte! he quedado decepcionado. Me hospedé aquí porque valoro mi seguridad, la relación costo va trato, la limpieza y la comodidad, estándares que no experimenté.

Alquilé 2 departamentos con diferentes reservaciones. Con la primera reservación la comunicación fue buena pero con el segundo departamento, NUNCA nos otorgaron la clave para entrar. Tuvimos que rogarle al guardia que nos abriera la puerta, pero cada vez que salíamos, teníamos que volverle a pedir al guardia wue kos abriera el departamento. Hablé por teléfono y mandé mensaje a 3 diferentes números telefónicos que pusieron en la página: nunca contestaron.
