Checked on after 3pm still had to wait for room as it wasnt ready. Very hard pillows. Lots of long hair on the sheets, we have short hair so it wasnt ours. Towels were like sandpaper. Not enjoyable at all.

Pésimo, recepcionista maleducada y el gerente ni se diga, al llegar al check-in dijeron que no estaba la reservación y a pesar que ya estaba el pago, además decían que no siquiera estaban registrados en la app y que no saben cómo se hizo la reservación
