The hotel is very well situated in an excellent area of the city with many restaurants and Chapultepec park nearby. The staff is pretty friendly. The room I stayed in was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately, there were several problems with the room. There were windows in the room, but they were facing a shared balcony, so opening the curtains was out of the question. On this shared balcony was a ventilation unit that periodically turned on and produced a very loud sound. I didn't have a problem sleeping, but it was extremely annoying and could potentially make sleep difficult for some people. The washroom was clean, but had a toilet that could only be flushed once every few hours and a shower that took a few minutes to generate hot water. There was no water at all on one afternoon when I came back to the room. The walls were very thin and you could hear almost everything going on outside the room (people walking up the stairs, down the hallway, entering their rooms, etc). I also stayed in the room for over a week and it was never cleaned. Overall, the hotel is acceptable if you just care about the location and don't plan on staying for very long. Don't expect much outside of just having a place to sleep (if you aren't kept up by all the noise).
