Basic, confortable stay, great location
My stay there was very comfortable. It's a basic hotel and only toiletries they give is soap, so bring your own. Other than that it had everything I needed, a comfortable bed, a good shower and a wardrobe to hang clothes. The location is great, near many restaurants and bars.

The room we were at did not had air con, and the hotel is close to the general hospital, it can be quite noisy at nights, take this in consideration.

It is a awful place (can't call it a hotel!) 1. You can hear everything from your room either who set in the lobby or even who use bathroom in their own room!! 2. I found bugs multiple times!! 3. No one speaks English (they lie about it, claiming they know English on Expedia) 4. I couldn't stay more than few days although i reserved for 3 weeks. When i asked for cancelation and refund they refused even a partial refund although i had about 14 days left!!

el personal se porto pesimo, el elevador no funciona y mintieron diciendo que si funcionaba. Cuando llegamos nos trataron groseramente. Hay hotels al mismo precio a unos metros. No vayan ahí porfavor. They lied about having a functional elevator, and the personal was rude and disrespectful toward my sister. There are better options a few meters from this hotel. Avoid it at all cost.

Few things to consider before booking
This hotel is cheap for its location, but there are a few things you have to consider before booking this place. 1. There's no shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer. Only soap and toilet paper. 2. The windows don't have locks, and it does not shut completely. So cold winds keep flowing in. 3. There's no AC or heater in the room. Since the windows don't provide enough insulation, the room gets quite cold in the evenings. 4. Although Hotels.com says that both English and Spanish is available, they can only speak Spanish. 5. The bathroom sink is really small and there's no light above the showers. 6. Outlets are far away from the bed, and outlet in my room was located far up on the wall. I would recommend if you are on a budget and can stand the cold/heat. The stay would be a lot more pleasant when the weather is nice and warm.

La ubicación es buena porque se localiza justo en el borde de una colonia agradable, además está a pocos pasos de líneas de transporte público. Es de lo poco positivo que puedo decir. Las instalaciones están en mal estado y viejas, como el elevador que parece una reliquia. La iluminación de la habitación me pareció pobre y los contactos eléctricos escasos y mal ubicados, sólo había dos, uno en lo alto en la pared justo detrás de la televisión y otro a nivel del piso junto a la puerta del baño, ninguno cerca de la cama o de algún lugar donde uno estaría normalmente. El baño despedía mal olor a cañería que se encerraba en la habitación, y sólo había jabón para manos, no shampoo para la ducha o algo parecido.

La atención es pésima reserve dos noches no dejan descansar toda la noche hubo gritos y gente tomando al igual fumando marihuana se supone que es un lugar para descansar. Se marcó a recepción y no hicieron caso solo me colgaron
