The hotel is well located if visiting family, not close to tourist spots and not a walkable area. Property in good condition although absolute lack of closet and drawer space a deterrent to make new reservation. Also breakfast is very poor. Price is high for these conditions.

The tv Hadn’t internet … we couldn’t use the smart apps… the pillows are to to soft…the bathroom it’s so small ….and the worst … there are not any indications about the hotel location…..

Great location close to Paseo Interlomas
Great location very close to Paseo Interlomas. The rooms are comfy and clean but the hotel is very noisy as it has a Gym next to the hotel so at 6am in the morning you start listening to the classes at the gym. The hotel includes breakfast but it is very basic, only fruit, cereal, bread and coffee.

The breakfast service was very bad. I've been to many Marriotts over the years... this is clearly the worst I've been to. One of the elevators was out of service for almost two days. took 20 minutes of waiting time to get on with suitcases. The valet service was not available when we got there and no instructions provided. Not a good option for future trips. The problem is there are few other options in the area and they know it...

Could do a better job cleaning the floors.
The hotel is great and comfortable. However their floors are dirty everywhere. When we checked in the floors in the 3 rooms I reserved were extremelly dirty. In the dining area the floors were not washed daily. The corridors were also dirty. It is ashame becasue the staff is very nice and the rooms are comfortable.

Muy mal el uso del elevador en horas importantes, estuve esperando cerca de 20 minutos para poderme subir a uno, te dicen desayuno incluído de barra fría y ni fruta había, sin café, no tienen nada y tampoco nos ofrecían nada. Sin personal suficiente en la cocina, pedí apoyo de un cargador y tampoco me apoyaron. Muy mala experiencia y precio elevado.
