The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. The lobby staff were wonderful. A laye communication prior to check-in resulted on extreme confusion when yrying to find the building. The apartment is in a very busy area, not a good strolling area.

The staff very kind , they help out very fast with 2 problems i had , the unit i got did not had air conditioning or heater, thank God it was pretty cold days so they loan a heater , I bought a mini one to solve the problem but obviously when temperature rise during the day the air conditioning is need it . Everything else was accurate with description

This place was amazing. The apartment was incredible. Truly made me feel like it was my home. it was clean, quiet and safe. The bed was super comfortable. Two bathroom was extremely convenient. My friend and I did t have to wait for each other when getting ready for our night out. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family.

The property had an absolutely beautiful view. No matter where you were you had a clear view of the city. The only issue we had, after a long flight we arrived to the property and the front desk did not have our reservation on file, we had to call multiple times long distance to get this issue resolved.

Overall, the stay at the facility was pretty good. It was pretty centrally located and rather easy to get around CDMX. Unfortunately, the kitchen sink didn't work during the entire stay so we couldn't really cook. Capitalia tried to get it fixed but ultimately failed to do so, which was disappointing. Also the refrigerator didn't get or stay very cold so it was uncertain if perishables were safe to store it in.
