It is a beautiful pent house with an incredible view of the city for being on the 24th floor, all important and nearby tourist attractions such as bellas artes, monumento to the revolution, zocalo, and other interesting tourist spots. It also has amenities such as swimming pool, relaxing spa, gym, etc.
The penthouse really is very comfortable, with incredible views of the city, is in the heart of the city of Mexico, on Avenida Paseo de la Reforma, ciendo this one of the most important avenues of the city.Around it are the most important historical monuments, gastronomic and social life.

The penthouse's beautiful, it has a beautiful view of the city, but it needs maintenance. The property smells like a sewer pipe, and the toilet tank takes 20-30 minutes to fill. When I reported the problem with the toilets the first time, they answered right away, and about twenty minutes later, I got a text message saying that they had taken care of it and that the problem was solved, but it wasn't. During the 3 days we stayed there, the penthouse smelled like a sewer pipe, and we had to fill up the little kitchen trashcan with water every time we used the bathroom.

Foul odor from restroom.
The photo of the view from the penthouse is misleading. It doesn't overlook the Angel de Independencia. It is further towards the historical center of Mexico City, not a bad location but not what is pictured. The blankets were not fresh and some smelled like dirty feet. Worst of all the odor from one of the restrooms was nearly unbearable. The solution of faboloso only masked the odor. The only thing that worked was keeping the door closed and the fan on. My travel partner ended up staying at the hotel next door. On the plus side. The building is secure with a nice staff. This property needs some attention.

For me and family our maine concern was the locatio and yhis appartment got 5 start on that criteria we move around very easy wich was great now on my point of view this property should be rated for four adults but now if you travel a family of 5 with kids this will work for you in overall we had a great time

High-rise apartment on Reforma
I just spent two weeks in this apartment, and can recommend it for short and long-term stays. The apartment house is located in one of the best areas of Mexico City, right on Paseo de la Reforma. If you walk left on the street, you’re in close proximity to the Historic Center; if you go right, you’re headed toward the Ángel de la Independencia, Zona Rosa, and Chapultepec Park. Walmart is easily found walking around behind the building for about 20 minutes. The unit is on the 24th floor, so there is an amazing view which shows not only part of the city, but also the very mutable Mexican sky. The building has doormen for security, although the area is very safe. There is one separate bedroom and a Murphy bed, 2 wall TVs, one full bath with a shower, and two half baths. There’s no dishwasher nor washing machine, but most tourists can easily forego these things. There is very good internet service. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay in a highly popular area. Recommended!

SAFE & GREAT LOCATION
From the beginning to our stay till the end we loved our stay here! Check in was very flexible as we arrived very early morning. Security and Staff were very friendly and polite. Owner of this property was very attentive to anything we needed. Penthouse was BIGGER AND BETTER than what we expected with beautiful views! Can easily accommodate a couple or a large group of 6. Safe neighborhood day time and night time and easy to use UBER. we walked mostly everywhere and quick walks to El Centro or other surrounding areas. If you come during winter it is perfect to leave balcony doors open for fresh air, downside if you come during summertime there is no AC. We prefer coming here during winter. We will definitely be staying here for our next visit to Mexico City.

Perfect stay - incredible penthouse in a great building
Federico's place is amazing - the views looking out over Mexico City will blow you away, and his place is well-appointed and comfortable. The building has a great gym and other amenities and the staff are very helpful. Communication with Federico is always seamless - I'll definitely be coming back.

Vacation Get-away in Mexico City - Perfect Location
This was a beautiful property and location to stay in while in Mexico City. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The views from the apartment were fabulous. So many great sights and food within walking distance! We all felt incredibly safe walking around in the area, day and night. We had a family of 6 stay at the property - my husband and I, our two teenagers and my parents. While the rooms and bathrooms really weren’t as advertised, we were able to make it work. The apartment really had only one room and a Murphy bed in the living room area. There was only one full bathroom and one half bath. Like I said, we made it work, but it may not be ideal for everyone. Fredrico was easy to coordinate with prior to our arrival. The check-in process was smooth, though it did take a little longer than a normal hotel, but it was for security reasons. If you chose to stay here, you won’t be disappointed!
