APARTMENT OF 1, 2 OR 3 BEDROOMS AND 2 BATHROOMS

Just 3 blocks from the center of Coyoacán, the cost of the apartment suits your needs. Do you need one or 3 bedrooms? washing machine? Television?

They have a separate department. They only share the general entrance and, if applicable, if they need to use the laundry area (the cost of using the washing machine is $100 per batch).

The apartment has 3 rooms.

The cost includes 1 room (orange color with double bed)

Extra costs (paid upon arrival or by application upon arrival):

Small blue room with double bed 200 MX per night

Large green room with queen size bed 300 MXN per night

Just in case you need in addition to 3 rooms, there is the option of renting an inflatable mattress per night at $150 per night.

The green room has a 55” 4K UHD Smart TV from the Ghia brand. Rental cost per day of $50 MX (access to YouTube and other applications) (You need to leave a deposit of $500 MX (five hundred pesos for remote control use) that will be returned upon return).

The room has a 55” 4K UHD Smart TV from Hensei with Homme Theater from EDGE. Rental cost per day of $100 with access to Netflix, Blim or YouTube. (A deposit of $1,000 (one thousand pesos) is required for the use of the remote control and home theater, which will be returned upon return).

Parking cost per car $100 MX per night, or there is the option of leaving it outside or in a pension 3 blocks away.

Loss of keys. $150 each. (There are 3 keys. Two for general entrance and one for the individual apartment)

If your stay is longer than a week, you will be cleaned once a week.

If during your stay you need extra cleaning, please let us know a day before to schedule an extra cost of $250.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms, but only the second one opens when more than 2 people stay.

No pets, no smoking inside the apartment, no parties, no noise after 11 p.m. or before 8 a.m.
