The hotel staff is very welcoming and friendly. They provide excellent customer service. This hotel is in a convenient location and is easy to access off the main boulevard. This hotel is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment.

If youā€™re going for a business trip. The WiFi service that is provided by the property is bad cannot rely on it. Also they mention they have smart TVs thinking you could screen mirror your phone for Netflix but have restrictions on it. The provided channels rarely have any signal therefore are bad.

I'm giving this hotel a 9 out of 10. It would have had a perfect score had there been wash clothes in our bathroom. Unfortunately we had none, just bath towels. Other than that its a very beautiful hotel and we definitely will return again. We loved the friendliness of the hotel staff and also the staff from the cafe! Superb service!

It felt untidy and not clean. As if cleaning was done without depth. Rooms smell like hospital and lights are to white. The whole experience was unpleasant and the room decor felt extremely off and nothing matched.

Excellent service from the staff. The only drawback is that there is not enough parking and no one can remove the posts to park. You have to get out of your car to move them and enter. A bit uncomfortable. The rest is perfect! Location, cleanliness, friendliness, etc.
